It was surprising to have a buffet at such an inn, but I was able to enjoy the simple but delicious food centered on wild vegetables. However, it is quite crowded because everyone eats at the same time. In particular, the food storage area was a chaotic situation. And there are no alcohol vending machines in the hotel. It is necessary to purchase in advance at the shop by the end time of dinner. Please note that there is no refrigerator in the room, so if you don't drink it immediately, it will get warm. Although it is an extended facility of a mountain hut, the hot spring is real, so I would like to strongly recommend it to those who like hot springs. It is not recommended for those who want luxurious kaiseki cuisine like a luxury inn, comfortable rooms with air conditioning and heating, brand new and clean facilities, and hospitality. For those who love hot springs, I think it's worth going to Hachimantai.
