We took a break in Deidesheim over the weekend. The hotel is located on the edge of Deidesheim, directly in the wine mountains. We were very friendly at the reception. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed (double bed Queensize) was very comfortable, so we have been very well sleeping. The bathroom with shower and toilet was also very clean. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the selection is very good. There was a large selection of fresh breads just in the fresh breads. There is also a beautiful wellness area with sauna. The hotel is especially suited for walking and biking in the beautiful chair. The numerous wine goods are also worth a visit (wein sample and purchase). We're happy to come back. A highlight of the hotel is an old music box that works and provides beautiful songs. We'll come back.

This hotel was such a great choice for our 3-night stay in Speyer. It provided everything anyone desires from a hotel: comfort, exceptional cleanliness, friendly/helpful staff, parking on-site (4€ per day), and a great location. It was an easy 10-minute (approximately) walk to the center of Speyer and Dom/cathedral. We really enjoyed for the breakfast buffet each morning, which had an extensive selection of items. If we’re lucky enough to visit this beautiful town again, we’ll definitely stay at Hotel Löwengarten.

The staff is very friendly and welcome to their guests at the reception. The friendly and family atmosphere is the first place as a privately managed hotel. We were received by Isabelle (the daughter of the house) and Melissa, who were really at the same time everywhere and read the wishes from the eyes to the guests (despite protective masks!). Also in “Stefans Restaurant” Isabelle sees everything with only one view. The idyllical city Limburgerhof is still a secret tip, because the starting point is just ideal. Excursions for example to Heidelberg, Speyer, Newtown on the wine road, or just a short time to Elsass are just a few good goals. My wife and I were in Elsass one day, which was really a great experience. The Holidaypark Haßloch is only 17 km from the hotel. 130 modern, friendly and comfortable rooms and Superior rooms, as well as suites, provide you a second home. A sauna, a fitness room, a hotel bar, a terrace and eight conference and seminar rooms are rounded out the equipment. The four-star hotel is a demanding house with a top kitchen and a balanced environment for celebrations, business and individual travels, as well as meetings. We had dinner in ”Stefans Restaurant” on two evenings, which was very good. The breakfast buffet was also absolute tip. All the heart wants. All rooms are non-smoking rooms and very clean, with shower, toilet, telephone, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a small refrigerator that you can switch on. We were here in mid-September for three days, but we are very sure that we will be back in the “Residenzhotel Limburgerhof” by spring 2022 at the latest. Parking is sufficiently available just in front of the hotel.

Vorweg: Die bisherigen negativen Ausführungen sind überholt. Das Hotel hat an sich gearbeitet. Das fängt in der nett gestalteten Lobby und im freundlichen Empfang an. Es wurde ausführlich über alles wissenswerte informiert. Hunde sind erlaubt! Da es in der Nähe keine Parkplätze gibt, wird angeboten für 13 Euro in der Tiefgarage zu parken. Das öffentliche Parkhaus berechnet 15 Euro. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Vom Bahnhof sind es wenige Meter. Die Innenstadt ist gleich daneben. Das Hotel wurde gründlich renoviert, trotzdem sieht man dem Hotel den 70er-Flair an. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Zum Empfang stand eine Flasche Wasser bereit. Schokolädchen wurden vermisst. Die Minibar war leer. Die Temperatur konnte nur durch Öffnen des Fensters gesteuert werden; es war eindeutig zu warm! Das Zimmer ging zur Straße raus. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert. Das Bad ist geräumig. Allerdings irritierte die Bad/Dusch-Kombi. Sehr gut bewerte ich den Roomservice, der nur auf Bestellung kommt. Ich hasse es, wenn fremde Menschen mit meinen Sachen umgehen. Das Schwimmbad ist gut zu erreichen, sauber und passend temperiert. Das Frühstück hat eine reiche Auswahl mit laktose- und glutenfreien Speisen. Die Brötchen sind allerdings Aufbackware. Der Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal immer ansprechbar. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht. Es gab ein 3-Gänge-Menü. Suppe ok, Hauptgang mittelmäßig. Die Desserts gingen gar nicht. Die Vanillesoße schmeckte intensiv nach Zitrone. Die Panacotta hatte eine merkwürdige Konsistenz. Insgesamt nicht empfehlenswert.
