The room was not very hygienic, the tiles on the sink were all falling off.
None of the four pillows had a pillowcase, and the pillow core was quite dirty.

半夜來入住的 退房時間過了58分鐘之後來退房扣了67塊按金 過了退房時間5分鐘把房間電給停掉了 有人來敲門的時候我説的很清楚 延時退房會付費
退房時間過了5分鐘時 客房大媽站在門口破口大罵 一直吵吵 （還站在門口給家裡人打電話 吵架）
退房的時候到前台退房 前台給客房部打電話退房查房 客房聲音特別大 罵我家裡**什麼什麼的 我説了我會付我超過退房時間的費用 有必要這麼罵人？？！？

服務態度超級差，一上來保潔員無緣無故沒事找事沒話找話懟住客！真是氣死了，房間本來就有點異味，噴了點空氣清新劑就又開始拿我們出氣，關門了還在門外面叨叨叨，既然我們掏錢住那就愛怎麼住怎麼住吧？還管我們怎麼住，真是服了，頭一次見這種保潔員，自己上班累了還冤別人拿別人出氣～～一去就影響心情，再不去了

定了房間剛過來那個前台跟他講話就愛答不理到了房間，以後過了一會兒發現窗户是壞的，等一會兒，然後叫人過來把窗户給修一下，然後他也修不好説那個就是這樣子的然後接着更離譜的來了，準備洗澡放了十幾分鐘沒有熱水，然後他開空調空調也是壞的，然後跟前台説叫換一個房間，他説已經滿房了。然後這些糟糕事情以後我們就想着將就着睡一晚結果酒店12:00多了，在炒花椒油特別的臭特別的臭，我直接當場就吐了真的受不了下去和前台説也得不到解決真的很生氣出來玩一天很累結果找個住宿這麼多事情這個價格也不是算特別便宜的了吧而且我覺得我提出的這些問題都是非常離譜的真的體驗感極差極差

新裝修的，設施新，位置不錯。但衞生不行，被子上有頭髮.地毯上有雜物，衞生間有積水，洗漱台有污漬。房間裏沒有衞生紙和水，到前台要了2次才拿到。
