房間乾淨，乾濕分離，停車場大方便免費修車，離喀納斯，白哈巴，禾木很近，旅遊住這方便，219國道環線遊。

房間沒有暖氣！
前台服務差！
開了一晚的暖氣，人都不敢出被窩，別説洗澡了！那麼大個酒店，只有大廳有電吹風，11月的北方，整棟樓都沒有暖氣！説不出的憋屈！

房間有點冷，而且跟圖片完全不一樣。隔音效果不好。一晚上都沒睡好。跟前台説換個房間還不給我換。態度很差

酒店免費升級了套房，酒店在當地算是較大的，房間乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，整體還不錯。
只是現在新疆旅遊人太多，酒店都貴，又難訂房，自由行交通也不方便。

設施很陳舊，淋浴房和房間沒有窗簾，很不方便。周邊吃飯的很少，停車方便。熱水還行。性價比很低！不會再入住。

衞生極差：1、鏡子上是凝固的牙膏狀物質，圖一。2、洗臉枱上污漬，很噁心。圖二、三
設備破損嚴重：1、衞生間燈開關面板破損，有安全隱患；圖四；2、電吹風破損嚴重，膠帶纏繞。
當晚入住時已經23點多了，告知次日凌晨一點停水。一進衞生間，洗臉池放出來的全是渾水。由於時間太晚，不便重新找賓館，衹得勉強
