We love our little wooden cabin. The village is still under construction, and this hostel is definitely the top level you could find within the whole village. Staff there are really friendly and quickly responsive. They did their best to fulfil our request.

這裡是我在白哈巴很喜歡的一家民宿！
乾淨的空間，齊全的設備，温馨的燈光（有淡淡香氣，有好用的牙具，我看中的😁）
細節做得很到位👍
房間門口的小露台正好對着遠山，早起的雲☁️總是讓我充滿想象！傍晚落日餘暉我也是第一個欣賞到的，美得不像話。
民宿裏有一衹穩重的金毛，叫土豆🥔哈哈😄
剛好我也有兩衹金毛，院子裏（白天其他客人出門）它們可以自由奔跑，安全感十足
這裡有很多有想法的年強人匯聚，他們服務於民宿，也擁有自己的理想！和他們聊天，能獲得能量。
白哈巴是一個遙遠的安靜的小村落，慢慢行走，在這裏也許da你能完成心靈的重啟！

民宿位於白哈巴新村主幹道旁，從新村停車場坐巴士一站，下車就到，很方便。小木屋房間設計感滿滿，房間很新，衞生很好，提供了一次性浴巾毛巾。自有餐飲是喜出咖啡和喜出火鍋。早餐是哈薩克九宮格，有特色。服務態度好。

房間啥的還不錯 服務也挺好的 但是 入住當天晚上有好幾衹飛蛾 在屋裡飛 抓了三次 讓工作人員幫忙 嚇死我了都快又趕上停電 臉都沒洗 唯一就是工作人員態度很好 但是這配置這價位真的有點失望

房間就在主幹道邊上，門口可以停車，房間很温暖，一進去就就暖氣開着，屋內有地暖，淋浴的地板也有地暖，非常舒服。馬桶有一次性套袋，沐浴的水流又大又温暖，吹風機風力很大，早上起來的早還可以在門口看看日出，離界碑很近。民宿老闆很親和，有事兒直接和民宿老闆説就行。

估不到在一個邊界小城裡有一家這麼好的酒店，酒店提前聯繫然後到遊客中心接我們，幫忙拿行李，（其實他們之前已經告訴怎麼樣去乘新村裡的免費公交），酒店旁有他們自家的咖啡店和老北京銅爐火煱店，環境不錯，食物也很美味，因為有其中一個朋友生日，店家還幫忙找蛋糕店訂了一個生日蛋糕，味道很有水準，早餐很豐富還有特色鹹奶茶和牛奶，房間雖然不大，但設施齊全，真的很不錯，最重要是真正寵物友好

新村最好酒店 沒有之一
民宿老闆和服務人員非常熱情好客，基本都是有求必應，房間的佈局合理，設施完善，來之前非常擔心的衞生問題實際把控的也很好，北疆之行非常滿意的一次入住體驗，服務體驗甚至超越了烏魯木齊的星級酒店。

管家服務:幾乎沒有管家服務。線路指導，景區介紹和遊覽，村內介紹，站點介紹，門票，遊覽介紹，全屋。加羣加好友，也是我主動聯繫才有人來加我。而且，我主動聯繫了，又打電話給我加好友。入景區沒有提醒我預約車輛自駕，買門票等等，導致我們後來被要求補票 30+45。自駕應該衹要買門票。因為沒獲得任何指導！要求退還服務的等值費用。
民族服體驗加三張照片:根本沒有任何民族服體驗的介紹，安排和讓我們做決定體不體驗。這部分我要求退還服務的等值的費用。
衞生：非常差，衹能説。晚上有好幾衹蟲，有多足蟲，飛蟲，蜘蛛。配套的早餐是喜出咖啡，先不説咖啡店價格離譜，可以請物價局查一下嗎？另外，早餐九宮格，蔬果可能是水都沒沖，三四個番茄，都是臟的，臟的不行。
