"It is more suitable for arriving at night or departing the next morning/transferring to other cities and countries. There is a free hotel bus, but don't get on the wrong bus. I first recommend the other two ibis near the airport. The blue and red ones are together, which are closer than the green one. Because I didn't make a good plan, I booked the green ibis. I arrived at the airport at 10 pm and got on the wrong hotel shuttle 🚌. I waited in the lobby of the red ibis hotel for about 20 minutes before I came to the green one. I paid for a hotel airport bus schedule. It is very convenient for everyone to calculate the time. The room is quite large. Recommended"

"Yes, it is located in quite a remote location, but it is still convenient to get to with bus 300 or 397. It's just a 1 min walk from the bus stop, and 1 bus stop away from a train station. I'd rather stay here than noisy Amsterdam Central area. It's very much peaceful in the area."

"As you come down the stairs of the train station you can see the hotel sign on your left. It's very closeby, you cross the road and walk down some stairs and have a straight path to the hotel. We arrived late at night but the receptionist was very helpful and even told us about the last order at the restaurant. We also bought the breakfast tickets there, which is a buffet for €15 which was a bargain and got us ready for the day. The hotel was clean, there's a sauna and gym. The room were very spacious and clean. To go to your room you need to scan your card in the lift which added extra layer of safety.
There's a bar as well which is open until fairly late and we even stayed in the lobby to play boardgames and other people were there too, which made the atmosphere even cosier.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's clean, quiet and away from city centre but still very accessible to the centre and a stop away from the airport!"

"Good hotel, convenient location for those who need to stay for one night. The room is small, but cozy and clean. All necessary amenities are there, comfortable bed. The room is very quiet, despite the fact that the airport is nearby. You can have a good rest after the road. I recommend it."

"The hotel staff was very welcoming. They arrived early and let us check in early even though we were very tired.
The room was also quite clean.
But the transportation is not very convenient, it is very remote, and it takes 12 minutes to walk to the nearest station."

"We have a very nice stay in this hotel, well above my expectations, just super. The room is super clean with sufficient facilities. The breakfast is a nice plus. The staffs are quite helpful and willing to go extra miles to help. My special thanks go to Paolo, who made special effort to locate and recover one small piece of my luggages, which is quite important to us. Definitely I will stay next again."

"I turned up after two long flights. Finding the hotel was moderately difficult even though I had stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn before. 3Euro60 frpm the schiphol train station.
The check in took abput 15 minutes as the only receptionist dealt with a group who hadnt paid and then were organising payment amongst themselves. I felt in the interim that maybe I could have been checked in during this time, or preferably there should have been an additional receptionist at a busy time, when travellers just want to get to their rooms. I had just arrived from Japan so the contrast in service was notable.
Then on wanting to pay the tourist tax in cash was told they only take cards. Cash is still legal tender and should be treated as such.
The room was pleasantly clean and the bed and shower facilities were fine. The carpet did have a noticeable stain on it.
Breakfast was actually very good with a good selection and the check out girl.was friendly.
Overall 50/50 but would probably not choose again."

"Very nice hotel with all the amenities if any 5 star hotel.
Stayed here for almost 4 nights. Enjoyed staying here only one catch though the breakfast was not covered and little expensive.
Shuttle service to airport should be free of charge but the hotel charged us every time we go out via shuttle because this hotel was little far from Airport.

IIka_EllySmall room but cute and convenient.
The room is very small but also very convenient. It's perfect for a one night stay while going to or from the airport. I loved the short and funny messages in the room and throughout the hotel (a few of them can be seen in the pictures).
It has a small tablet by the bed, from where you can control everything such as the lights, the curtains, the TV, the radio.... It even has a cozy option, and if you choose it, you get relaxing music, curtains go down, and you get cozy lighting.
The bed is big and super comfortable. The room was very quiet. I had a great night's sleep.
The only thing that I'd like to see an improvement on are the pillows. They are both too thick, and it was uncomfortable for my neck.
The breakfast was generous, and there were a lot of vegetarian options.
It's just a short (and easy) walk from the airport or the coaches (such as the Flix Bus).
You can walk all the way into the check-in counter at the hotel, with the airport trolley. Very convenient! There are trolleys at the front door all the time.
You do the check-in yourself, but there is always a person to help. The staff was very nice and friendly.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserThe revolving doors were moving at a very high speed. There were no porters to help. The floor to the entrance is uneven, with protruding metal strips that make it hard to drag the bags with wheels smoothly. My bag was stuck in the metal strip, and the high-speed revolving door hit my suitcase and pushed it, causing me to fall on my back and hit my head on the street. No one from the hotel assisted. The strangers on the street helped me get up, and take me inside the hotel. The hotel staff was uncooperative and did not get me a medical doctor because it was 10minutes beyond 6:00 PM in the evening. That is the worst experience I have ever had a hotel.

Feel so happy when I step in to the room, after fly long distance from Indonesia. The check in process is so fast, she looks very professional in her job. I forgot her name, so sorry, because I am so tried.
The room is so clean, bight and room size is great. I love the bedsheets so clean, white and crispy.
I didn't take breakfast so I can't tell. I definitely will be back to Steigenberger Airport Hotel. I used to stay in other hotel for so many years, until they make me so disappointed on my last stay 2023. And when I found this hotel and check in, hmm I feel so stupid why I was so loyal to previous hotel, I should change sooner.
Now I am happy and will be their customer, highly recommend!!!! seeing is believing, watch my youtube channel for your better view perspective.

GGuest UserWe had a comfortable one-night stay before an early morning flight out of Schiphol. It's only a 2 minute walk from the bus station and an under 15 minute ride by bus (they come pretty regularly, even at 6 AM) over to the airport. The hotel design has an environmental/animal focus, and it was pretty cool. It also seemed pretty newly renovated too. But would not recommend staying here if you're making the commute into the city center every day - takes quite a while and the trains aren't cheap.

IIka_EllyThere are way better hotels around the airport.
We were a family of 3 traveling, and so we booked a room for 3. When we arrived in the room, the sofa bed was out, but there were no sheets in it. We called reception to get sheets. A lady came and made the bed. But only when she had left we realized she hadn't put a cover in the bed. We called again and somehow came with a cover.
When it was time to have a shower, there were only 2 towels (and by the way, no small towels at all). For a third time, we had to call, and this time, ask them for a towel.
The bathroom was pretty old and rundown. There was a big carack on the floor, painting coming off in the shower and mold stains.
Apart from that, the room and bathroom were spacious.
The next day, we left in the morning and came back at 5 pm. The room had still not been cleaned, so we called reception to get it done. Straight after that, we left. When we came back later, someone had been there to clean. There were clean towels, but they had also left the dirty ones. What's more, they hadn't cleaned the bathroom floor.
Dogs are welcome, so that's a big plus. And there's a beautiful grassy area with a pond, just beside the hotel. Perfect for walking them.
Parking is available but it's rather expensive.
We wanted to do a late check-out in the afternoon, as we had two dogs and a boy with us. It would have been much easier for them to stay in the hotel while we were doing our business in Amsterdam until 4 pm.
So we called around midnight and asked reception if it would be possible to check out at that time, at an extra cost. She said it depends if the hotel is fully booked, in which case we can't and that we have to call back at 7.30am.
So at 7.30, we called and were told that they are fully booked so impossible to get a late check-out. Which means that between midnight and 7.30 in the morning, they got fully booked... I suppose it's possible, but it felt more like they were not willing to help.
The boy and the dogs spent their day waiting for us in a café.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel as we had a bad experience. We expected better from Radisson.

However, Trip.com helped and booked me at Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. And it turned out as the better hotel and better room as service than my previous hotel. For sure when l am around Schiphol airport, l will definitely book again Moxy Hotel through Trip.com.
The roam was clean, the lighting was great and the room was generally welcoming and also clean.

No reservations are required. We asked for a quiet room, and they gave us a very quiet room, and we slept great: we didn't hear any planes or other noises. Free tea and coffee without restrictions (kettle and coffee machine in the room). Breakfast is acceptable, but nothing more (dishes may be poorly washed, scrambled eggs run out quickly, the coffee machine breaks down all the time...).
