We loved this hotel and it was right across the road from the beach. Breakfast buffet had a huge variety of tasty food, amazing swimming pools and on my birthday they brought me a nice cake. They also decorated my room with happy birthday free of charge. Lovely place

Rated 5 star.... but i give it 7 stars...
Very clean.... breakfast is wonderful...
Staff is more then welcoming.... very helpful....
And very very nice...
Mr. kccou will take care your luaggage and gocart shuttle....
The vila is more like a palace...
Very modern and well equipped.
Location is great. Just in the middle of every thing.
And ther is alot of good resturants near by.

I think the facility is luxurious and the service is very very good, considering that the price is not high. However, I think there should be more facilities for such a big villa, such as tennis court, beach, or other recreational facitlities. overall, the villa is big and nice.

It's a luxurious villa with a 7 star feel, but sadly with 3 star services. The place is beautiful and definitely worth staying, especially if you've a big family. However, be sure to bring everything you might need for your stay. Firstly, there is a big language barrier, then asking for small things such as extra water bottle or a mosquito repellent needs a lot of effort. If you know the language or just need a really beautiful place to stay in Halong, this is your place!

The hotel is a five-star hotel. The room is very nice and big, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I don’t know why there are restrictions on the supply of small bottles of water, and you need to charge one dollar for a bottle...it’s really expensive! However, the hotel did not ask the hotel to clean the room the morning after we checked in. We needed to replenish some water. Later, we told the service staff that we were eight people staying in a room. After communication, they were only willing to provide 4 small bottles of mineral water for free... I don’t understand... Maybe Halong Bay The water is very precious! But for a five-star hotel, the fact that the room was not cleaned and mineral water was not provided was not very comfortable. Moreover, the hotel had just experienced a typhoon and the environment was damaged in many places.
