Citizen Suites

Citizen suites of Mallta together with ******* robbed me of €1027.34. In fact, from February 28th to March 28th, a rent of €1071.70 was paid. However, I was forced to leave the property on March 2nd because they did not provide me with hot water service. So I had to book a new hotel at a cost of €1359 for the current month. The manager of Citizen Suites no longer responds to my messages and the agent of ******* that I contacted has not contacted me again to resolve the problem. It is obvious that if the structure did not guarantee me the hot water service, I have the right to withdraw and be reimbursed for the 26 days in which I will not stay in that structure obviously. I also invite Tripadvisor to shed light on this type of scam and intervene in defense of those who fall for them.

La struttura è ubicata a circa 500 metri dal lungomare, in una stradina interna, ma per arrivarci è tutta in salita e se hai problemi di mobilità o non sei allenato è un problema. L'appartamentino o meglio la stanza è molto piccola, il bagno è piccolo e non ti ci riesci a muovere, ai piedi del letto c'è un angolo cottura. A noi mancava il sapone nel bagno e le asciugamani non erano pulite. La camera non era pulita, abbiamo trovato polvere, insetti morti e capelli dappertutto, e sotto il letto c'erano mollettoni di altre persone, il pavimento era unto e le federe dei cuscini macchiate. I materazzi erano due singoli e si aprivano in continuazione. Le scale di accesso sono illuminate artificialmente e prive di luce di emergenza e se manca la corrente, come ci è capitato, per scendere abbiamo dovuto usare la luce dei cellulari. Il fono lo devi chiedere e ha la spina di attacco europea e in camera ci sono solo quelle con attacco inglese. In una settimana non è mai venuto nessuno a pulire o rifare la camera
