Jaw-dropping 4-season views from the 3 balconies/porches of this newly renovated spacious townhouse with a stunning view of the mountains, golf course and Lake Sunapee. In the fall, take advantage of hiking trails, free golf and the mountain adventure park. In summer, take the short walk down to the beach and enjoy Granliden's complimentary kayaks, paddle boards, canoe or just take a long swim by the shore. In winter, take a quick 10 minute ride to Mt. Sunapee or 45 minutes to Okemo for a great ski vacation. The mountain is now owned by Vail so the Epic Pass makes it easy to hop mountains even with Stowe which is an hour and forty away.We just completely renovated the unit -- new floors, beds, furniture, linens, art on every level. The townhouse has four floors:1st Floor - Updated kitchen, dining and living room areas, flat-panel TV. Extra-large glass slider opening up to a deck with a spectacular view of the mountains, golf course and lake for grilling and entertainment.2nd Floor - Master bedroom with ensuite bath and queen bed (gorgeous balcony with golf course, mountain and water view), middle bedroom with queen bed and front room with full-size bed and twin-sized trundle underneath. Full bath.3rd floor - Huge room with king size bed, and 9-foot desk to use area as an office.Basement - Big puzzle/work table, couch/entertainment area with huge flatscreen tv, Nordic Track exercise bike, board games galore and another gorgeous view from the sliding door. In addition to the lakeside facilities, Granliden is also home to one of the oldest golf courses in the State of New Hampshire. People first took up golf clubs at Granliden and played a few informal holes around the original summer boarding house. In the early part of the 20th century Alex Findley was hired to design a 9 hole layout for the new Granliden Hotel. In the nineteen-twenties, the course was redesigned by renowned golf course architect Walter Travis.Granliden is home to two true clay courts, and two Nova Pro-Clay courts that have the feel and play of clay courts but are less affected by the weather and are playable almost immediately after a rain. The Nova Pro-Clay courts are also illuminated for play after dark! The swimming pool is located adjacent to the Nova Pro-Clay tennis courts. The pool measures 30 feet wide by 60 feet long, is heated, and open during the summer season. Across the street from the pool is a playground area that has a variety of swings and climbing structures and monkey bars, a picnic table and a bocce court. Please note:** Minimum 7 night stay Sept-June** Minimum 14 night stay July and August**For stays over 2 weeks, traveler is responsible for paying electricity/gas ** For all stays we require a lease to be signed and association approval.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
