First and foremost, there are numerous events that take place at The State University of New York at Fredonia, which is about 5 minutes from the house. This event takes place December 17th through the 23rd and a drive thru only experience from December 26th through the 30th. Ellicottville fall festivals - 1 hour away Peak ski resort - 50 minutes away Ellicottville ski resort - 1 hour away The Buffalo Art District which has festivals, theaters, and museums - 52 minutes away Ice skating park at Riverworks - 49 minutes away Numerous wineries that would be great for parties, reunions, or just a weekend away.
