"The hotel shuttle service was great and it moved on time. We stayed at 9th floor and housekeeper guy was so kind and smiley. There is mosque in front of hotel that was also awesome. The only problem that I had was to reach to hotel by phone before I arrive there. Lastly, the gym is out of service now. It is not a big issue but a remark."

"We were traveling for Umrah so we had to frequent Haram quite often. Although a bit far from Haram but the hotel shuttle is very well managed and frequent. The hotel is clean and has all the amenities of a 4-star hotel."

"Nothing much to say except this is definitely what you call a 5 star. Everything from smooth check in to check out was perfect. Location very good to haram. Top hotel restaurant/buffet. So much options on food. The whole hotel looks great also, massive lobby. Service was quality from front of house to all porters/cleaners/chefs. And beautiful masjid built in hotel. Highly recommend, might be little pricey but honestly you’ll 100% get your moneys worth, especially for umrah/hajj. I was there last few days of ramadan and eid, thinking because of how busy it will be during this period, might not get a good service or late check in etc. but totally opposite. It was worth every penny. Im originally from uk so expecting quality for the price i paid. Definitely all paid off."

"Location not very but it is ok other Hotels are better location than this staff were very good food same every day if you are more than 3 to 5 days you will get bored for food very good clean I will recommend my friends but expect a bit of working or pray inside the Hotel which is good location you u can c ka’aba"

When I checked in, I found that the soap in the washroom had not been changed after the previous guest – this is unacceptable for hygiene standards. Also, I tried several times to contact the property before check-in using the number provided, but was unable to reach anyone. It's frustrating not to be able to connect when you need help the most. The property itself was good, but the service definitely needs improvement."

"My 2 days stay in Park Inn Mecca was so expectional and extraordinary and much amazing. The staff were so friendly extremely helpful and selectively in their attitude which was 100% positive. The hygiene and cleanliness is a top everseen in my lastest trips in so many countries and cities around the world. Location was so close to Haram Mosque and so far from the Railway station the most convenient location to travel to other nearby cities. The only one dislike was the shuttle timings to Haram wasn't accurate and some drivers do not wait for a second to find out whether there is any one willing to travel. As general my experience was awesome and I do advice and recommend Mecca visitors to stay in Park Inn."

"Great impressive hotel. A grand lobby with beautiful lights and a small fountain with comfy seatings around it. We booked a room with a partial haaram view, thinking we would be getting the same room as in the pic. Turned out the haram view is just a small tiny view, and was informed by the hotel manager that the pic displayed during booking is incorrect."
