Iskandar Puteri Hotels with Gym

I stayed at Sunway Big Box once last year and gave it a full 5-star rating — it was new, and everything was excellent. This second stay, however, fell a little short. I booked for two nights and had requested a birthday surprise in the room, but this was not fulfilled. On arrival, I was given the wrong room. Shortly after entering, I received a call from reception apologising and assuring me they would decorate the room at the next available moment. I told them they could do it the next day after housekeeping. Unfortunately, nothing happened until I checked out. A good hotel should maintain both service and facilities consistently. This time, I noticed several issues: -The iron’s cord was fraying and unsafe for use. -One of the towels was torn. -The sink drained slowly. -On the second day, housekeeping did not provide a floor mat — I had to request one. -The pillows were uncomfortable, though I appreciate that extra pillows were provided upon request. While I still enjoyed the convenience of the nearby mall and shops — limited but adequate — I feel the hotel should review its maintenance and service to ensure guests keep returning.

Repeat Travellers to this awesome,calm, solemn tranquil hotel. - Various eateries , bars, cafe, spa - Pop up shops Yatch view is a killer and Rooftop pool view amazing during day, sunset & sunrise. Room is huge and complete ammenities with kitchentte. Worth every penny.

This is the 2nd time we stayed there. Easy check in. Everything is self service as it’s a service apartment. This place is nice and quiet. So no need to wait for lift for long. Private parking. Good view. The only set back is it’s not near to town. If have vehicle will be easy. Near to legoland. Quite near to Eco Botanic where there are lots of food, massage shops. It’s a pretty new estate.

Would I stay here again? Absolutely. The Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service at a fair price. It’s perfect for business trips, romantic getaways, or family stays. Definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour and was impressed by the overall quality and service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with a stylish and modern design that made my stay feel both comfortable and luxurious. The staff were quite exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout my stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a well-equipped bathroom. The on-site facilities, including the pool and restaurant, were great. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with a good mix of local and international options. The only slight drawback was the location — it’s a bit out of the way from major attractions and central transport links. While the area is quiet and peaceful (which I appreciated for relaxation), it may require a short taxi or ride-share to get to the main city spots. That said, if you don’t mind being a little off the beaten path, Fraser Place Puteri Harbour offers excellent value and a truly enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return for the comfort and service alone! Free parking and remember to validate TNG before checking out.

Very clean except the bathroom has a constant stale odour. Everything is provided for in the apartment and Sunway big box and Starbucks nearby. Shuttle service is also provided for as in picture. Lots of shophouse restaurants just across the road. 8min drive to legoland.

Overall it was a very nice stay, few points for the host to consider: 1- To add grills on every window. Since its at Level 26, and for it to be safe for family with kids, best to secure the windows with grills. I was anxious at night thinking what if my kids sleep walk and open the window. Maybe too paranoid with many cases of kids falling off from high rise houses nowadays 2- To at least provide shampoo as well 😅 3- To consider to prepare some Sejadah and sign of Qiblat direction for Muslim customers. If you're visiting Legoland Malaysia and looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Legoland Resort, Ramada by Wyndham Meridin Johor Bahru is a solid choice. The hotel is located just a short drive from the theme park, making it convenient for families. The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness of the space, which made our stay pleasant and relaxing. One area for improvement would be the shuttle service. While the hotel does offer some transport options, it would be much more convenient if they increased the frequency or added more scheduled trips, especially during peak hours or weekends when many guests are heading to and from Legoland. Overall, it's a great stay for families or groups looking to save a bit without compromising on comfort.

Service is the best from the moment we call the hotel to enquire on the room until check out. Staff also proactively asked us to check if we need housekeeping and if there is anything we need during our stay. The room vibe is like 4 star hotel, and more since its has cooking utensil. Its so convinience! Also, its 5 mins walking distance from legoland. Overall its the best one we stayed so far near legoland! My kids and us love this hotel so much and will become our go to hotel when we come to legoland again. Thank you !

Location was great as it was near to legoland and bigbox sunway. Apartment was clean but we will affected by ants infestation. Self cleaned and it went away.
