"A hotel renovated from a historic site is like walking into a castle. When I first chose the hotel, I wanted to stay away from Zhong Street for a quiet place. This hotel is close to the Taiyuan Street business district and close to Shenyang Station, but it is also in a quiet location. I like the location very much. It is nearby They are all beautiful old buildings; the hotel staff are warm and friendly, feedback problems can be solved quickly, the rooms are warm and comfortable, and the photos are beautiful everywhere."

"It's quite embarrassing to say. I was hanging out with my boyfriend, but when I checked his phone at the hotel I discovered that he had cheated on me. I immediately kicked him out. After all, we had been together for too long. I was really sad. I went downstairs to look for him and found that he was really gone. He had disappeared without a trace. Girls are too emotional. I was so sad that I burst into tears. The lady at the front desk of the hotel heard the noise and came over. She immediately helped me to the sofa. I was already in a half-conscious state from crying. I just felt like I was lifted up to the sofa. The lady at the front desk, Shi Yi, was really gentle because I was I was physically weak, so she let me lean on her shoulder to wipe my tears. I was crying and had a runny nose, and I wiped all of my tears onto her hands. She didn't dodge, and after I calmed down, she asked me what happened and advised me for a long time. She even added me on her WeChat. When she got off work, she was still worried about me, so she went to my room to comfort me for a long time and brought me a lot of snacks. Oh my god, she really spoiled me like my sister does at home. This stay in the hotel was really warm. Without Miss Shi Yi at the front desk of the Mehao Lizhi Hotel, I really don't know how I would have made it through it alone. I feel like I have been reborn since then, and I hope the hotel will do better and better."

In addition to the various well-appointed rooms and facilities this Shenyang hotel provides, there is a five-story shopping mall with fashion, boutique and discount with international brands within the building.
"The location is absolutely superb. The hotel building is visible as soon as you exit Zhongjie Subway Station, and it's just a two to three-minute walk away. It was incredibly convenient to grab food and drinks nearby after a day out. I found it quite unique that the hotel lobby was located on the 7th floor, but check-in was super fast. With three elevators, we never had to wait long to go up or down.
The room itself was great – very spacious, with windows offering views of Zhongjie Street and the Imperial Palace. The shower had excellent water pressure and a perfect temperature. It even had a mini-fridge, which was handy for chilling beers and yogurts for later. While the carpet and a few minor areas showed some signs of age, these were truly insignificant issues. The housekeeping staff were all incredibly polite.
Breakfast, also on the 7th floor, offered a great variety of dishes. The prawn noodles, in particular, were absolutely delicious."

"The hygiene, environment, and service were all good. Regarding the facilities, there's no night light, which is inconvenient for those who don't like sleeping with the lights on. There's only one chair in the room, though it's comfortable. All TV channels except CCTV 1 were blurry; I'm not asking for screen casting, but clarity should be a given. Also, check-out is strictly by 2 PM, regardless of arrival time. This means even if you checked in late at night, your stay is less than 24 hours. Charging an extra half-day room fee for checking out past 2 PM seems unfair, and the deposit amount also felt a bit off, even though it was refunded before check-out."

"Beyond satisfied! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang.
First, the **service**: All hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly, patient, and customer-focused.
Second, the **location**: Newly opened in 2024, the hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, very close to the Exhibition Center, Shenyang South Station, and Sujiatun Station. Our room featured two beds – one king-size (2 meters) and one large twin/double (1.2 meters) – comfortably accommodating four people, along with a spacious sofa.
Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient.
I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

GGuest UserThis hotel turned out to be surprisingly great. I was initially debating whether to book a guesthouse or a hotel in Shenyang. While guesthouses were more affordable, I had concerns about their cleanliness, so I ultimately decided to book this hotel.
**Amenities:** All the facilities are brand new. With a smart AI assistant, everything is largely hands-free.
**Cleanliness:** Our room, at least, was spotless, and the cleaning staff tidied it daily.
Overall, we were very satisfied with both our stay and the dining experience.

GGuest UserThis is a very business-friendly hotel with a nice smoke-free lounge, offering free fine coffee and soft drinks when you stay. Also free drinks in room and free self- laundry facility. The breakfast is very authentic Chinese style and adequate western foods and drinks.
The manager Mr. LIU is a very warm welcoming man with great great working ethics. I accidentally dropped a stack of cash and the employees call me immediately and send them back to my room. Definitely recommend this to travelers with business in mind or simply enjoy vacation in Shenyang.

During our stay at Conrad Shenyang, the exceptional service truly impressed us. While the hotel’s location, facilities, and stunning views are fantastic, it’s the thoughtful care from the staff that made our visit unforgettable.
When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours.
Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government. Their care made us, as overseas Chinese, feel truly at home.
This wonderful experience has deepened our love for China. We are very grateful and highly recommend Conrad Shenyang to all travelers.

Fantastic location! Right in the heart of Heping District, with direct access to Metro Line 1. It's just a 5-minute walk to the Taiyuan Street shopping area, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which was spacious and bright. The separate kitchen came with a full set of utensils, which was incredibly helpful for cooking my own meals during my week-long business trip. The washing machine was also a lifesaver for laundry. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and housekeeping was prompt every day. Breakfast offered a good mix of Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients. The gym is open 24/7, perfect for fitting in a workout after work. Great value for money – I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shenyang!

MM300030****I visit Shenyang around this time every year, and I always choose this hotel. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Breakfast is also delicious, and the hotel boasts a lovely, elegant ambiance. The location is fantastic; it's super convenient for Shenyang Station, and you can step right out to go shopping. With a supermarket and a coffee shop conveniently located downstairs, everything you need is right within reach. Highly recommended!

Ddaisylee21The room felt cozy, and the smart controls were very convenient. The only slight drawback was that the showerhead is fixed to the wall and tends to leak a little if you try to detach it. Being located near Middle Street, the surrounding area is currently under renovation, so there's no private parking available. The lobby, located on the second floor, is very stylishly designed and offers complimentary lemonade and traditional popsicles (self-service). The most interesting feature was definitely the delivery robot 🤖️ – we even happened to see a human delivery driver working alongside it!
Late checkout until 2 PM is available free of charge upon request. Just keep in mind that room cards automatically deactivate at 12 PM. So, if you have a late checkout, remember to reactivate your card at the front desk when you return from going out. The thoughtful little farewell gift was a very nice touch 🫶🏼.
