The 24-hour airport shuttle service was a huge plus, and it was great that they offered early check-in (two hours, subject to availability) and late check-out until 2 PM (also subject to availability). Everything was really well done. The room was spotless, and the location near the airport is super convenient. Even the food was delicious! I'll absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha. See you then!"

"During our family trip to Changsha, we chose the Crowne Plaza Changsha Shijing Square, and it delivered so many pleasant surprises! Everything, from the hotel's facilities to its service, left a deep impression on us, and I simply have to share our experience. The hotel scored full marks for being family-friendly. Because we contacted them in advance about bringing children, they proactively provided a kids' amenity kit and a lovely toy, which absolutely thrilled our little one! They also thoughtfully assigned us a corner room, which was incredibly spacious, allowing our child to run around freely without disturbing anyone. The absolute highlight was the heated swimming pool – the water temperature was just perfect for kids, and ours didn't want to leave! I didn't have high expectations for the hotel's dining options, but I was completely blown away! The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of noodle dishes and authentic Changsha rice vermicelli, all incredibly delicious. Some food stations were even set at a child-friendly height, making it easy for little ones to serve themselves. In the evening, we bought some braised dishes from a small stall set up at the hotel – the pineapple buns were absolutely fantastic and offered great value for money. The service was meticulously attentive, and a few small details particularly touched me: the doormen consistently helped open car doors and handle luggage; the housekeeping staff, noticing we had a child, left extra bottles of water every day; and upon check-out, the front desk even gave our child some local Changsha snacks for the road. This kind of thoughtful service truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. The location is actually quite convenient. Although it's not in the city center, there's a subway station just a short walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get to attractions like Orange Isle and Yuelu Mountain. Most importantly, the area is wonderfully quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the beautiful Songya Lake is nearby, perfect for a refreshing morning run! This stay completely redefined my perception of a business hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it for both family vacations and business trips! We've already decided to stay here again on our next visit to Changsha."

"Location: Conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station, close to the subway, near the exhibition center, and easily accessible from the airport. Cleanliness: The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. View: High-floor rooms offer a great view of the city's nightscape in the distance. Food: The breakfast selection was rich and varied, as was the buffet, and the food tasted great. It was easy to order drinks at the lobby bar, allowing for a good meal without having to leave the hotel. Experience: Excellent service, friendly staff, good soundproofing, comfortable mattress, and powerful hot water."

"Best money I've spent recently! I had a late arrival yesterday evening and an early flight this morning, so staying in the city center wasn't practical. I looked for hotels near the airport, and the top contenders were Howard Johnson and voco, an IHG brand. **[Room Upgrade]** Voco is quite new. I contacted their reservations department, and they not only confirmed a room upgrade but also included a complimentary breakfast! **[Airport Shuttle]** A truly excellent stay. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up point is super easy to find right outside the terminal! Perhaps I got lucky, as I was the only passenger for both the pick-up and drop-off, so it was a direct trip with no waiting around. **[Location]** Just a 5-minute drive from the airport, incredibly convenient. **[Service]** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also have a laundry room with washer-dryer combos, and it was practically empty, so no waiting needed. The hotel also features a gym and a buffet restaurant. You can even ship luggage from the front desk via SF Express, which is super convenient – just fill out the address slip and hand it to the staff. **[Dining]** For dinner, I ordered takeout from the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. It was authentic Hunan cuisine and absolutely delicious!"

"Facilities: The room is very new, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. You need to swipe the room card to reach the floor of the hotel room. It is safe for girls to travel and feel at ease. It is also interesting that the takeaway is delivered by a robot. The breakfast is also good. Service: The ladies at the front desk who check in and check out are very nice and polite. The room type is upgraded when checking in, and it is very convenient to store luggage when checking out. Environment: I booked the painful floor mainly to check in Qin Che's birthday. I am very satisfied with it as a whole. It is very convenient to choose Duohe Chayan in the shopping mall downstairs. Generally speaking, it is highly recommended"

"I went back to Changsha for the New Year and chose Mingcheng International Hotel, which has the best value for money. The room is large and clean, the service is very good, the hotel manager, the beautiful Wang Jiaxin, is very friendly, and the two front desk ladies, Li Wei and Yang Fei, are beautiful and professional. I decided to stay for two more days."

"Kanglai Hotel is located at the strategic location facing diagonally the flight path from other cities to Changsha Huanghua Airport. From the room allocated to me, I can see the inbound flight in flight but not when the flight lands or departs. To see the flight landing and taking off, walk 30 minutes to the inner path next to the vacant Hede Business Hotel located along Airport Road to reach Hunan General Aviation Head Office and walk to the space behind the vacant headquarters. Enroute, I pass by the public toilet building, the aviation school for youths, China Post cargo and mail processing centre and two bus stops. I feel sense of accomplishment after shooting many photos of aircraft landing including the extremely rare West Air A319neo. I am satisfied with my hotel selection and visit to the hotel after the airport staff called the hotel to pick me up at Door 4 on the departure level. I am also satisfied with the very high level of cleanliness like disinfected towels. I hope to stay in Room 8901 in Kanglai Hotel again if I planned a summer trip to Changsha Huanghua Town."

"The German and British visa centers are upstairs from the hotel. It is very convenient to choose here to handle business the next day! The hotel service and facilities are surprisingly good. I give a thumbs up to the front desk service! The room is big enough, and they upgraded and asked about needs in advance. It is also very convenient to take a taxi! The surrounding food is very authentic!"

"The lobby room of Timbo Hotel was a huge surprise to me. The space is spacious, the layout is reasonable, the bedding is just right, and you can instantly relieve yourself from the fatigue of the journey when you lie down on it. The facilities in the room are intelligent, the lighting and air conditioning are very effective, and the temperature can be controlled with one click. The bathroom is sparkling clean, and the hot water is on immediately. There are shower nozzles with large water output and constant water temperature.
