GGuest UserI booked the Avid hotel on a whim. Mainly due to proximity to Wonderland and also being a relatively new hotel! I was beyond impressed from the moment I walked in as the front desk staff person was very welcoming, polite and explained everything. The two days that I was there all hotel. Staff was exceptionally friendly And kept the hotel very clean. It was nice to have different selection at breakfast for the hot food items. And I have to say the coffee machines that were available were absolutely awesome!
The King room that I had was a great size and the bathroom was quite large. It was nice to have a walk-in shower instead of a tub. And I honestly didn’t mind not having a closet and a dresser as it is not something that I use regularly in the hotel rooms. The TV had excellent channel selection.

EErinWe arrived at the hotel earlier than our check-in time and the staff were able to accommodate us. We had two rooms booked for a business trip and one of the rooms was upgraded, which was a nice surprise and very appreciated. Great experience. Enjoyed our stay. Look forward to seeing you again for next years conference.

GGuest UserCheck in was quick.. arrived in my room.. had to figure out how to use the TV (change channels , find channels, etc) NO instructions,, had to figure out how to fill & turn on jacuzzi ..again NO instructions,, ONLY food available was list in room of restaurant downstairs .. would have been nice to have a Telephone book where I could have found alternate food for delivery Other than that room was clean & amenities (shampoo. soap, coffee maker & supplies ) were great
