Fantastic location. Warm flooring was a game changer in winter.

A nice room, with a good bathroon and bed. Well organized and clean. Very quiet and nice at nitgh despite bean located in a highly livelly area.

Really good hotel, very simple and a lot of nice toiletries provided. Also note that breakfast is very bare bone but Its just within the price. Nice and easy check in and checkout

Gyeongju 2 days and 1 night with my husband after a long time Stay at Sugar Hotel on your itinerary There is a clean indoor bathroom. I also take a half-body bath. Good points: There are many facilities around and it's nice. Disappointing points: It's high and a little uncomfortable. The dressing table is small. The bathroom is a little uncomfortable.

Nice location, staff can speak a little English, but they cannot explain to each other that we checked in earlier, they called us to warn us to check out

The hotel is located in the entertainment district, a 2-minute walk from the express bus station. There are many restaurants around. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Central Market. The room is quite big and the implementation is a bit old, but it's acceptable. Breakfast was average, instant coffee tasted very weak. Most of the guests are European and American tourists, and there is no Korean flavor. Insist on check-in at three o'clock.

During my trip to Korea, I stayed in 3* and 4* hotels, but this two turned out to be more comfortable and nicer. The room had everything! Even a dish stylist (maybe it didn’t work, I don’t know), a jacuzzi, all sorts of skin care products, a bathrobe, slippers, water, tea-coffee, etc. The breakfast is modest, but for such a price it’s a gift. There are two bus stations nearby, convenient for travel. Gyeongju entered my heart. A pleasant trip, I recommend it.

The bath had a jacuzzi, but it was broken and didn't work. The charging cord for my cell phone was also broken. The location was convenient and good.

Central location, close to shops and restaurants and the bus terminal. Large but poorly laid out room. Old and non-functional furniture. Bed quite comfortable. Bathroom with old jacuzzi and shower. There is no towel rack. There are no switches near the bed for the light. There is no safe. Wifi so-so. Staff who don't speak English. Use phone translator. Ridiculous breakfast, colored water instead of coffee. Absurd price for what it offers. TO AVOID.

The room was spacious and the location was convenient. Thank you to the front desk staff for your kind assistance.

The facilities are clean and warm, the beds are soft and very nice.
