Bed room does not have air condition. Only the floor air condition in the living room, and one fan to spread the cool air to bedroom.
The facilities look old.

Breakfast time was set, so it was confusing. The bathroom light was flickering, so I had to change rooms, but it was inconvenient to go back and forth because it was far from the front desk. The view from the veranda was quiet.

I was upgraded to a remodeled room. The exterior was a bit worn, but there were a lot of trees, so it felt like staying in the forest. However, the underground parking lot entrance was narrow and the parking lot was gloomy. I can understand why everyone parks on the ground floor. The room was clean, warm, and nice, but there was a lot of noise between floors because there was a family with children staying upstairs.

We booked 2 nights from January 14th and went on a trip to Gyeongju with 3 people. It was located near Bomun Lake and it was not too expensive to take a taxi from the city center, which was around 15,000 won. There were many taxis, so we didn't feel any inconvenience. They upgraded the room we reserved by 2 levels, so we used it comfortably. It was even better because it was a room with a lake view that had been remodeled. We had a delicious breakfast at Ashley Queens... The 3 of us unanimously agreed to stay one more night, so we used a larger room, and we were satisfied. We are planning to go on a trip to Gyeongju again soon... We will use it again without hesitation. Be sure to use the remodeled room...

Booked for a family trip of 5. It was spacious and had a nice view. I booked a room that hadn't been remodeled, but I think it would be much more comfortable if I booked a remodeled room next time.
It was nice for the family to use the same room and play together, but if you're considering using the shower or bathroom, it would be better to book a separate room for 2 or 3 people.
The parking lot was too narrow, so it was difficult to park late at night and it was very difficult to open the door when getting out of the car.
