It was the most satisfying place I stayed in Korea. There was a beautiful lake view and a really delicious restaurant, so there was nothing lacking. The staffs were very kind and friendly too. I will definitely stop by again when I go to Korea.

The room is very big and spacious. Lake is beautiful view, and service is excellent. Getting a taxi was so easy as they will reserve a taxi for you to the airport. HIGHLY recommended.

Excellent hotel, great views, you can chose mountain or lake view. Staff are polite and professional. It is extremely clean everywhere you go. Amazing for families with small kids. You have a kid cafe.

The hotel is excellent. Large, comfortable room, very clean and organized. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room service is fast. The pools are clean, large and suitable for people of all ages. The gym is very well equipped and you can practically carry out your training routine without missing any equipment. The restaurants are great and serve Western meals. Large and free parking. All employees served us with care and promptness. We intend to return soon!

I stayed here for a trip to Gyeongju with my elementary school child~ The lake view was so pretty~ The room was in good condition after remodeling. The late-night snack and food court were both clean and delicious~ It was great to take a walk around Bomun Lake~

This is our family's favorite hotel. I always use this place when I come to Gyeongju, and the surrounding environment and room conditions give me peace of mind every time I stay. The hotel staff are all friendly and the swimming pool is not crowded and great for swimming with children. The place on the first floor where you can read books and drink tea is also unique and nice. There are not many convenience stores, entertainment facilities, etc. like resorts within the hotel, but it is not crowded. This is a place I would like to recommend that shows the standard of a hotel for families who pursue comfort rather than luxury.

It was clean, friendly, and the best! I requested a higher floor, and they responded well. I really had a good rest!

It was great to travel with a 6-gal baby because there was a nursing room. If you stay at the hotel, you can take photos at Gyeongju Nine, so I was able to take some family photos!

Well, maybe because it was a large room, the corner wasn't perfect. Still, there was no big problem. It's a shame that I didn't use the swimming pool because there was a fee. Breakfast overall wasn't bad And maybe the structure of the sink is strange, but water sprays out a lot when I use it. I wish the requirements could be improved a bit.
