We stayed for two days and we did not meet any service person, they left us written instructions. The accommodation was super clean, it has a small, newly built kitchen, with the basics to cook. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide towels

Perfect
DDominic Leong YSLocation away from city centre in a small residential area next to a university. Therefore there are lots of eateries around with cheap prices. Room is quite spacious with heated bed and heating. Inside room has everything a traveller will need. Very comfortable. Highly recommended 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel was incredible. We thought the room was perfect, the breakfast was lovely and the location was great. We had no issues finding the place, there are some small stairs in the beginning but we luckily got a room on the first floor. The room was so nice, the bed was so comfortable and the room was so nice and cozy.
The staff was so polite and helpful, they also were nice enough to claim our baggage on the day of our check out.

SSCouClean and comfortable room. Very friendly staff, just their English level was unfortunately a little bit poor.
However the location of the hotel wasn't good at all, since it is surrounded by ***** bars and karaoke bars. As the room provided condoms we suspect that the hotel is more used for pleasure than for travellers.
The breakfast included was poor, so don't count on that.

It had everything you needed, and there was no spot to spot.
The bus stop is close, so it is very convenient to go to Gyeongju Station at the same time. The intercity bus terminal is also a short walk away.

SserselDuring my recent two-night stay, I found this hotel to be conveniently located near the bus terminal and within reach of tourist attractions. The room impressed with its spaciousness and a large, comfortable bed. Despite its cleanliness and amenities like a gaming computer and large TV, the lack of English limited using these options. Another minor drawback was the absence of large bath towels, although two small face towels were provided. Despite these issues, the hotel offers good value for the price.

DDaniel069I hate to give a bad review but this staff member was probably the worst I ever came across.
Be aware the check in is 10pm - much later than others.
The room itself was fine, very happy and wanted to extend, but the staff member insisted checking out, then coming back at 10pm, even with extension.
When I asked him, he said “it’s not my business”. Terrible attitude. He then tried to charge 20,000 cash for keeping the “free upgrade” I was given. No idea why you give with one hand and take with the other.
Had to complain and argue and even still they refused refund for second day. Took me 3 hours or messaging to get money back. Just avoid. Sadly a great place, location so so but the staff member we dealt with was the worst person I’ve met in Korea.

Uunknown3(1st)It is very convenient as it is close to Gyeongju Expressway and Intercity Bus Terminal, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The city bus stop is also nearby, and there are many buses that go to the city area where the old Gyeongju Station is located, so if you base yourself here, you won't have to worry about staying in the city area.

GGuest User사장님은 너무 친절하시게 전화도 받아 주셔서 감사했고 주차장도 넓어 좋았지만...방은 곰팡이 등 냄새가 있어 환기가 필요합니다.
문제는 105호실의 경우 공용취사장이 있음..
출입문에 22:30 이후 사용을 하지 않도록 안내문이 부착되어 있음에도 새벽에도 손님들이 공용취사장을 이용하다 보니 불빛과 소음 때문에 잠을 깊이 잘 수 없음.. 또한, 공용취사장 옆 화장실의 경우 105호실만 이용토록 되어 있음에도 항시 개방되어 있어 누구나가 이용함에 따라 사용에 불편했네요
개선이 된다면 22:30 에는 출입이 제한되도록 105호실에서 출입문을 닫고 이용하지 못 하도록 했으면 좋겠고 화장실도 잠금도어락을 설치 후 105만 사용할 수 있도록 개선이 필요합니다
