I had a great time with my family on the last day of Chuseok. I came here last summer and liked it, so I made a reservation again. Even though it was September, it was still too hot and humid to walk around the lake, but I used the pool and had a good rest. My parents and children liked it. It was nice that they gave me 3 rooms in the same line, so my family could go around comfortably. The only regret was that one of the rooms I reserved wasn't cleaned well, so the veranda was covered in cookie crumbs or food crumbs, and I was surprised when I opened the curtains. It was hot, so I didn't go outside the veranda, but the cleanliness of the cleaned room was disappointing. Other than that, I'm satisfied.

World's Friendliest hotel! We were on the 2nd floor and due to room remodeling on the 3rd floor, which was right above our room, they thought it might be too noisy and that maybe some particles could drop onto our floor so, they upgraded our room and moved all personal belongings with care like it was their own and the upgraded room was an excellent. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely stay here again.

This time I stayed in a premium twin room. The area around the bed, floor, toilet, and washroom was very clean and comfortable. The room had a view of abundant nature, especially Gyeongju World to the left, but the noise of the attractions was not bothersome. I also used the buffet, and the taste and variety had improved since my previous stay, and it was very delicious. The chefs and hall staff were especially kind, polite, and comfortable. However, I was concerned about the customer service attitude of the reception and concierge. Even when we made eye contact, they didn't greet me, and I often had to greet them myself. There were no smiles, and even when I asked something, I didn't feel any politeness. It is the first place you visit when you enter the hotel, and it directly relates to the brand image, so I would like them to be more polite in their customer service.

The view of Hwangryongsa Temple was good. I would come here again if I had to think about this one thing. However, since the distance to and from Bomun Complex is quite long, people who like to drink end up spending a lot of money on taxis and valet services. Also, there are few rooms facing Hwangryongsa Temple, and there are many group tourists, so it is not easy to get the room you want. It seems like the rooms need to be sold in more detail.

I came to Gyeongju alone and found it on the same day, but I was satisfied with the service, room, facilities, and price. However, the unfortunate thing is that there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Everything is good except that there is no I couldn't eat dinner, so I called and asked, and they said that I had to eat and come in, so I ate and entered the room.
