Never, never will be here again! I ordered delivery food. I got a call saying that the rider was not allowed to go up from the 1st floor to my room on the 15th floor. I went down and asked why the rider was not allowed to go up since this is a residence hotel and it is natural to deliver food to the room. The answer from the employee, Mr. Han, was shocking. He told me that the president of this hotel also comes down to the 1st floor to receive the goods. That meant that I, as a customer, had a lower status compared to his boss and his position, so of course I should come down. That was crazy. He even said that the delivery rider could not take the elevator because it would make other customers uncomfortable. I don't think it's a problem with the smell of the food. Even if I carry the food and ride it, the smell would be the same, and since this is a residence hotel where you eat food, there is no valid reason for not allowing the rider to ride. This is a public hotel open to guests and future guests. He insulted the delivery rider's personality.
