Truly embarrassing…
Maybe my expectations were too high, but these were pictures from the first hotel room I was booked in. I couldn’t stand the filth so I asked for a room change. Completed the room change only to find another dirty and filthy room… On top of that, the customer service from the ladies at the front desk was hilarious how rude and how much of an attitude they had. I was about to sue but this tall gentleman with glasses came and helped me out sincerely. Seriously, if it wasn’t for this gentleman, I would have sued…

As soon as we came in the hotel room, we found the fried chicken inside the cabinet. We talked with the hotel rep, they changed the room for us. That was nice of them changing the room but it’s obvious that they don’t clean the room properly at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It's about a 25 minute drive from Goyang stadium, where I attended a concert. There is a restaurant and a 24h e-mart downstairs but not much else around. The room was very comfortable but the shower doesn't have a door that can close so the floor will be wet.
Will definitely book again!

Great hotel, super close to Gimpo Airport and only 35 minutes from Incheon. It’s a little far from the subway but apart from that the hotel is great

There is a 24 hour convenience store located within the hotel grounds - which is very useful. However, unable to access many restaurant around the area as a little further out than expected.

Hotel Is good if you Arr Gimpo Airport But It no train station that near hotel.Just come with Taxi for around 14000 WON or around 12 US$ .Good thing is it near a outlet mall just walking in 5 Min from hotel.But it Far from City an Difficult to get in Town you need a taxi ot with Bus around 1hr 50 Min Taxi 45 Min to town.Not many shop or food to buy at night.
Room is not so clean.Bed was a bit dirty for My standard But for the Price it OK.PS underground floor of the Hotel have a good FLY chicken that open from 18.00-24.00 Must try.

The hotel is close to the Gimpo Airport. A large shopping mall is nearby across the street. There are walking trails along the small rivers flowing through the neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is plenty and popular among tourists.
