My check in was delayed because the computer was down upon arrival. As i was checking in at 2 am this was frustrating but resolved once the computer system was restored. I appreciated the breakfast buffet bit the dark roast coffee was weak. Had he coffee been good I’d say breakfast was excellent.

Certainly not a four-star hotel. The shopping center directly behind the hotel very sketchy.
The room was fair, but had issues with the heating and air conditioning system, and they had to move me to another room. Then found hair in the bathroom.

Our trip started rough with some issues with our room. The management staff did an outstanding job of addressing our issues and concerns. It would be nice if the treadmill worked but after a rocky start their staff did an excellent job ensuring we had a positive stay. We are staying there again in a month and would recommend.

This is my third time to stay at this property. The rooms are well taken care of. The staff is excellent. And they serve a good breakfast.

The property was well kept. The front desk staff member I engaged with was extremely friendly and made several great recommendations. He also helped me with finding my room. The room was clean when I arrived and everything was easy to use and find. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a good hotel stay.

I had an emergency and asked for an extended checkout. Was told that due to booking with *******, I don’t have access to later checkouts and hung up the phone. So in a rush, I had to throw all my luggage in my bag and head out to handle my emergency. I only book through ******* and this makes me want to think twice booking through you if this will keep happening when I have a situation.

The hotel need a lot of work.
The room was not clean or kept up .
The bathroom 🚽 seat 💺 was broken and to small.
The bathtub 🛀 was a big brown spot in side the shower was hanging down. And there was bugs 🐜 in the bathtub.
Housekeeping slam doors all morning long.
229 had a smell.
The hallway by elevator was blue tape on the floor and wall 1st floor and 2nd floor.
Just not clean.
