Gwangyang Harbor Bridge Hotel

First of all, I like the room because it's spacious. And it's even better because there's breakfast. Thanks to that, I had a good rest. The bed was especially comfortable, which was nice. It's quiet.

I don't know about the location or cleanliness, and the service is the worst... I paid 120,000 won per night for the reservation, but it's not a cheap price!! When I was washing up, cold water came out. So I called the counter and they asked me to wait 10-15 minutes, but even though I waited, they didn't come out. (I waited more than 10 minutes before calling.) So, I used a toothpaste and a toothbrush to go somewhere else, but I will pay for that. I said yes, but it's so cold here that I'm having a hard time, so I asked for a refund and the owner (I think he's in his 50s) was standing in front of me. He was so arrogant and said he wouldn't give me a refund. Then, I asked for hot water to come out and said it was too cold, but other people had used up all the water, so I asked for a refund. They told me to wait for 30 minutes, but as a hotel owner, I don't think it's a bad thing to have hot water... Those in their 20s and 30s, be careful. You may be told that you're young and that you're wrong.^^ I really don't think I was complaining about something small. Yes, the boss's tone was the same, and of course my tone could have been bad. It was that cold, and I think I waited long enough. Anyway! I don't think I'll ever come here again~~
