2인 가능이라 19시에 예약했는데 침구류 추가 못해주신다고 해서 다른 룸 결제후 취소요청을 위해 바로 연결했으나 20여분후에 간신히 연결되어 취소 요청을함..
취소요청을 해도 환불안될수도 있다고함...
연락이 없어 환불된지 알고 한방에서 자고 있다
새벽한시에 연락옴? 환불안된다구...
장난 그럼 좀 일찍 말 하든가
결론은 방 2개 결제하구 방1개만 사용..
최소 한두시간 전에만 말해줬어도 방2개 사용했을 텐데
처리가 매우 미흡하네요...
