This is the best hotel during my 2 week stay in South Korea. The location was great as it is 5 mins' walk to Gwangjusongjeong station and near the street where there are grilled short rib patties. The room was super spacious and came with a massage chair and a jacuzzi bathtub. They even have branded shampoo and conditioner in the room and also provided toner and essence for face. This is so amazing. There is free self service washing machine and dryer on level 10 too. Service was also great. Check in (2pm) was earlier than other hotels (3pm). It was really great value for money as the room cost ＜SGD105 a night. It was just wow.

Located on the road from the main street. Walking distance from Youth Square (bus terminal). However, you need to cross the pedestrian or pedestrian bridge. There is little noise. I had to stay here because I had some urgent business near Chonnam National University. I was worried and skeptical because the price was ridiculously cheap. ^^; The staff was so kind that I wondered why I had been worried. The welcome kit and towels were all provided, which was pretty good! They turned on the air conditioner in advance, so I was able to sleep comfortably. I plan to stay here again if I have an urgent business! It's even better because it's close to the bus stop.
