They said the price was wrongly posted on Trip.com. They said Trip.com didn't fix it, and they demanded about 50% of the original payment in cash on site. They told me to complain to Trip.com. I couldn't find another place to stay with my kids on Friday night, so I stayed there without any plans, but I felt so bad. The bedding was very unclean, and the bathroom was covered in mold. This is the worst place to stay. I could hear people walking up the stairs all night, and the next day, they left all the doors open to clean without my request, so I felt so bad that someone might have gone up and touched our luggage. Never go there.
