We went on a family trip to konjiam resort on Tuesday and stayed for 1 night. Pro: 1. very spacious and well maintained room (L building) 2. Great option of restaurants and facilities, including outdooor movie theatre, flower park, bowling alley etc. 3. Quite close to seoul (40min by car) Con: 1. Many facilities but at additional charge and unavailable during weekday 2. No viable public transport from seoul 3. Need to clean up room at check-out

I was disappointed about the handling of lost items. I took a children's cooking class at Healing Campus. I went to wait in advance before the class ended, but the way to enter the classroom was to change into slippers before entering. The shoes you are wearing are not in a compar**ent, but in an open shoe cabinet. As I was leaving after class, someone took off my shoes. In the shoe closet, there were only old shoes of the same size as me. I don't know if it's a simple mistake because the design and location are different. The class staff member sent a text message to the attendee, but no other action was taken. The first mistake was the person who took my shoes, but the resort made no effort or interest to retrieve them. If you are not responsible for lost items, please provide a shoe bag or create a shoe compar**ent with a lock.
