A converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality. Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

Hotel was good, breakfast is also good but room was not so good some basic things at room was not there i was booked premium room but they gave an ordinary room after talking to reception they change the room but in there is no fridge and service table was also very small. We had gone for a one night stay. The room was clean and spacious, the washroom was okay. The hotel serves good food, the staff is helpful. This is a hotel that can easily take itself up a notch. Cost is on the higher side considering the ambience. Paying a little more attention to its upkeep would make it worth the cost. Lack of parking is a major issue.

The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

It's an below average hotel. The room in which i stayed was ok but not according to charges. The rooms are definitely not worth rs 1300. Ac was also broken even at 18 degree it was not cooling properly.
