Guzhen Hanxing New Century Grand Hotel

It was my first time to stay at Kaiyuan. I had just placed an order. Xiao Qi at the front desk called to confirm the room arrangement. The hotel environment is very good, there is plenty of greenery, the front desk staff is very professional, and the room was specially turned down. The room arrangement is very warm and the price/performance ratio is very good. High, thumbs up to the hotel staff. Although it is a new hotel, all the services in the hotel are very good. I will continue to stay here next time I come. Highly recommended! I hope your hotel business is booming!

A newly opened hotel chain has made up for the lack of high-end hotels in small places. Definitely a surprise for those with accommodation requirements. The service staff of the hotel are very friendly. When checking in, I added hotel staff Qi Wang's WeChat account. All aspects of the service are very considerate. Since it is a newly opened hotel, some small details still need to be improved, but I believe it will definitely get better and better.

非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓人印象深刻。中餐廳味道也特別好，還是感謝小馬專業的介紹。臨走時一些文件落在了客房，前台小姑娘很周到地要幫忙送下來，由於趕高鐵，前台給安排了郵寄

酒店是剛裝修的環境非常棒，去年來古鎮的時候住了那個新城酒店感覺還行，但是今年一到這裏攜程上搜尋了一下，説固鎮出現了一家五星級酒店，趕緊帶着老婆孩子過來體驗一下，結果真的非常不錯，環境服務，特別感謝蓉蓉非常熱情，幫我解決了很多問題，在住店期間一些不知道，或者不清楚的發個訊息問她，會及時解決。下次來還住漢興開元名都酒店。來之前肯定讓蓉蓉幫我們先訂好房間了。

屬於固鎮縣酒店天花板，各項設施完善，服務態度很好，尤其前台經理蓉蓉，每次回去提前給安排好，這次帶小朋友回去，特意給小朋友準備了小童專用洗漱用品、凈化器以及水果，非常棒的服務

很安靜，挺好的，沒有太多要評價的。新開店，設施和服務還在完善中～
