《酒店遭遇小偷入室》，我們一家10.4入住沽源縣明洋酒店12樓三間房，10.5上午退房。案件發生在早上。我父親（輪椅殘疾人、80歲、肺癌）個人住一間房（好像是1211號）。早上為了方便收拾行李，門是虛掩的，長者在房間裏。這時進來一個女性，翻箱倒櫃，之後發現角落裡的長者後，非常囂張，直接坐下抽煙，抽完煙後將煙頭扔在廁所後離開。我去房間後聽長者講述剛才事發經過，並在桌面上發現煙灰和廁所的煙頭，屋裡煙味很大（我們還是肺癌剛做完手術）。之後和前台説此事，前台也沒有解決方案，我們趕路就先離開了。強烈要求給個説法！

去了很多地方旅行，這次住的酒店最糟心，網上對比了一下，感覺明洋酒店還算高檔些，想着住着放心些，結果被貼在桌子下的關於損壞物品價格表驚呆了，心裏立馬緊張起來，生怕一不小心就惹上麻煩，畢竟在這裏人生地不熟的，擔心的住了一個晚上，完全失去了旅行中的鬆弛感，前台服務人員態度差，問她事情，她板着個臉愛搭不理的，沒有免費的礦泉水，倒是放了一堆10元一瓶的水！提供了一塊客人用的抹布，如果用臟了，你得賠償60元，給我的感覺就是放着塊抹布，就是準備訛錢的。各種天價的賠償價格，讓我膽戰心驚！

第一次入住該酒店，各方面還好就是早餐差點，第一輪菜品吃完不在上，稍微晚點的客人在來就是光盤行動，酸奶要了半天才吭吭哧哧給拿出一個，菜品質量一般般。
