The hotel has a good location and the service is acceptable, but the room equipment is too old or not maintained in time. I took the elderly and children to Guyuan for a trip and booked a family suite and an executive twin room. Both TVs were unusable. I called to repair them for more than half an hour. I could barely watch them, but I couldn't turn them off and had to unplug them. The room temperature was too high and the air conditioner couldn't be used. It reached 24 degrees at night. The waiter said that the central air conditioner was not turned on. The fresh air was turned on all night and it was still 23-24 degrees. There are pictures to prove it. The bedside lamp has no electrical socket and cannot be used. I can only use the ceiling light. The suite is the most expensive room in the entire hotel. Speechless.
