這次入住整體體驗不錯！酒店工作人員服務態度超棒，從辦理入住到諮詢周邊，都耐心細緻，讓人倍感温馨。停車場車位充足，自駕停車特別方便，完全不用擔心停車難題。不過稍有遺憾的是，臨街的房間隔音效果欠佳，夜晚車流聲、路人嘈雜聲比較明顯，睡眠淺的朋友建議提前溝通更換朝向房間。希望酒店後續能優化隔音設施，整體還是值得推薦的！

萬和酒店，環境衞生乾淨，房間隔音效果好，床鋪整潔，還有歡迎造型，非常暖心。工作人員微笑服務，非常熱情周到。👍
臨退房時，聽到一位客户打來電話，要取消當日訂房，前台客服耐心引導怎麼操作，不功利，不強求，非常難得👍
我出行🈶很多訂單，幾乎不愛點評，但這趟確實超出預期，非常滿意被打動，所以嘮嘮叨叨寫了這麼多。是真實的，值得推薦。希望酒店越來越好，也希望初心不忘，始終如一，做好細節管理🌹🌹🌹

房間乾淨整潔，有底下停車場。各項服務都很好，特別孩子手機吃早餐忘在餐廳，餐廳服務員保存好等我們去拿，十分感謝！匆忙沒有問服務員姓名，在此深表感謝🙏🙏🙏，相信有這麼好的員工酒店經營會越來越好，飛黃騰達！

作為固原市的規模較大的賓館，進房間後就有一股味道，這是每一個旅客不願意麪對的。其他尚可忍受。飯店距離城牆遺址公園很近，這一點要肯定，早餐也還行吧。。。
