The sink was broken I ended up Jimmy rigging it to make it work (redneck at heart) this room is the hottest room I've ever been in my whole family wakes up sweating. pool is "broken" thats the biggest reason I got it. Yall broke a lot of hearts if it's bs. Elevator sounds like it may kill us all. There's only so many channels and most seem to be kids channels

Outstanding hotel chain. We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express numerous times and have never been disappointed. Rooms are always immaculate, breakfast is so much better than other hotels and the staff is friendly and well trained. I’m a retired Airline pilot who has spent the vast majority of my life in hotels and I’ll give this hotel chain a 10.

BEWARE! BED BUGS! Seriously. We travel a lot and have stayed in all types of hotels. So far we have been lucky enough to not have faced the evil that are bed bugs. Until now. We stayed in room 203 which is a double and sofa bed(that we didn't pull out). The next morning we woke up and left as it was just a stop over. Breakfast was nice, I'll give them that. The staff was also friendly, but basically told us they didn't believe us and that they checked the room and saw no signs of the bed bugs. We stopped at our first gas station to get gas and use the restrooms. That's when I saw that my waistline and side had been bitten a lot. Like a lot lot. We freaked out and took extensive precautions when we got home to ensure that we didn't bring them home with us. As more bites showed up over the next couple of days, I became concerned that I had misdiagnosed my bites. Nope. I went to the Dr and she knew what they were immediately. So $50 to confirm what we had already thought and nothing done by the hotel to remedy the situation. I would stay away from this property. I have photos to prove it.

Good solid hotel. Room was clean and well maintained. It's starting to show signs of wear but it was a nice place to stay overnight on the way to somewhere else. Breakfast is decent. I've also stayed at the Best Western in Guymon. The Best Western is probably just a little better but I would stay here again for sure.

A good choice to stay while in Guymon. The rooms are nicely furnished and the staff are friendly. Fresh hot pancakes along with other hot/cold options are available for breakfast. DirectTV allows lot of options in TV. Internet was fast and always available.

This hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in. The King room that we stayed in was huge! Everything was incredibly clean and well taken care of. The TV was wall mounted with a swivel so you can tilt it to be seen from anywhere in the room. That was a nice feature I haven't seen other than in high-end luxury hotels, and it was a nice addition! Check out was incredibly easy and fast. Check out was done online, so we were able to pack up and leave in the morning without a visit to the front desk. Everyone that we encountered was so nice! This hotel is also located pretty close to everything, which was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice hotel. My room was clean and spacious. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. There is a nice historic park across the street. My only issues were the poor lighting in the room and a very noisy refrigerator! There are many restaurants down the road. I would stay again!

Stayed in Room 100 very close to lobby. Positives: room was clean, breakfast was normal fare even though the pancake machine was out of service. Cons: Immediately upon entering room, it appeared someone had been sitting on the bed after it was made. There was a small amount of trash in the bathroom trash can. First thing in the morning, around 6a, the staff propped open the Laundry door (right across from us) with the room lock stopper. Then as the staff would go in and out, the door would loudly close against that lock stopper—very annoying. And finally, after showering discovered there was no hair dryer in the room. Front desk staff at check in, check out, or kitchen staff were not very enthusiastic.
