Stay was made excellent by staff mr triyash n mr lakhya who justify the this service industry n are very efficient hardworking .n have always made my stay memorable with every need of my detailed service and given me all attention being a regular client n as a businessman I conduct all my meetings in the property itself n in every meeting all the concern r well taken care by Mr triyash n lakhya .

It really a good experience to visit Radisson Blu, and ask my all friends to visit Radisson for better experience than other hotel, thanks to entire service team for providing better service. And specially thanks to Mr. Dibakar for providing better service and make our visit memorable.

Room was fine. Breakfast is something that they can rewlly work on. The taste as well as the service. The spread was okayish. The food taste was not upto the mark. Everything had excess salt in it.

The stay, very comfortable, close to the airport and the staff in the hotel and their restaurant is very courteous. Made all efforts to make us comfortable during the stay. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, the restaurant food is excellent. The service offered by Mr. Sanjay, Mr. Migam, & Mr.Dipu was very prompt and supportive. The food is delicious, the Chef Bipul Barman prepares food which gives you contentment to the soul. Thank you everybody, and not to forget Mr.Sikdar at the front desk, was very courteous even during our midnight check-in. Overall had a very pleasant stay.

At my previous booking the allocated room was always at 7th or 8th floor and was spacious incomparison to my this booking. And specifically i always mention room at high floor. And the ac directly opposite to the bed was not working though it was centralized ac but the vents had some problem due to which the air flow was not coming. Otherwise everything was good since i have booked the hotel previously also few times

Amazing hospitality by the team specially Mr Bitopan! The hotel is a perfect blend of luxury and entertainment. The rooms are clean, food is amazing (do try their Rogan Josh with Garlic Naan) Its located right in the city so serves as one of the best places. The housekeeping team is also very efficient and professional. Ive been choosing Greenwood since past two years for all my trips to Guwahati and the consistency of their services is what makes me choose this property over others each time!

I stayed in this hotel to celebrate my marriage anniversary . The rooms are spacious and airy. Broad corridors , clean lobby, nice cosy restaurant. The staff are very helpful. The food is very tasty and served hot. I plan to come and stay again
