The stay at hotel lilawati grand was terrible. Room was stinking, bathroom cabinet was broken, no wifi, no drinking water was provided, and they were charging rs 32 for 1 liter water that has mrp 20. Pathetic. Will never recommend anyone to go for this hotel.

The room is not clean, there is no bathroom and no arrangement for food. Very poor service the room is not value for money.

they gave me a room with a faulty bathroom.they say it was a concept bathroom , but the glass of the enclosure was tied with piece of clothes and it cannot be then i asked for a bucket and mug.they said it is not their custom to give bucket.finally l have to change my room to another room in another floor.the room boy dropped our luggage and some thing was broken.the sleeping equipments were nasty and horrible.l will never book this hotel in future and either use you for hotel bookings . ☹️😳

The room was dirty, the bedsheets and pillows were stained and also hair strands were there in the bed. The bathroom was also stained, the floors and the bath was also dirty. 1350 for this room was absolutely not worth it. At-least provide some hygiene space for your guest.

The bathroom is not clean and the reception has less staff. My bill was made 45 minutes late and i could not catch the bus. Dont be so autocratic. I am not your paid staff

Untidy room, bathroom very small and above all no food. The hotel excused themself by saying cook on leave.
