Sitting on just under an acre and there’s plenty of parking and yard space to enjoy. Enjoy sitting on the large deck overlooking the dam and river or underneath the covered patio. The kitchen is furnished with top appliances and enjoy sitting in the living room looking out 2 patio doors at the beautiful views! There is a golden tee and simpsons arcade machines for adults and kids to enjoy! There is a full bathroom on each floor of the house. All three bedrooms are located upstairs with beautiful views of the river and town. Each bedroom has its own separate ac/heating units and controls to adjust to the perfect sleeping temperature.
