Super service. We arrived after check-in was closed, but the host fixed it without issue. Overall, the staff was very friendly, and gave good advice on local attractions. Rooms were tidy and cosy, beds were good, and bathroom was well above average, including a bidet and a tub. Breakfast was tasty, seemed somewhat home made, while not abundant.

Von außen sehr schön, Personal sehr freundlich aber von innen sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück war okay aber nichts besonderes und die Zimmer waren einfach nur eine riesen Katastrophe.

Wir waren aufgrund einer Familienfeier im Schwarzwaldhotel Stollen. Wir kamen schon um 13:00 Uhr an, Check-in war aber erst 15:00 Uhr. Meinem Schwiegervater ging es leider nicht gut und wir riefen die an der Rezeption ausgehängte Telefonnummer an. Sofort! kam die sehr, sehr nette Besitzerin. Wir konnten direkt einchecken und meine Schwiegereltern bekamen ohne Aufpreis! sogar eine wunderschöne Junior Suite, da diese im ersten Stock für ihn besser zu erreichen war. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von dieser Freundlichkeit und diesem phänomenalen Service. Eine Selbstverständlichkeit - wie die systematische Dame meinte - ist das momentan nicht mehr. Abends waren wir mit der Familie im Restaurant. Auch dort ein hohes Niveau, eine kleine, feine Karte, idyllische Stübchen und wieder ein ausnehmend freundlicher Service. 120%ige Empfehlung von uns

Grosse Gastfreundschaft Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzerin und Personal! Zimmer war gross, sauber und ein bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr gut inkl. selbstgemachten Marmeladen. Wir kamen nach 21 Uhr und waren hungrig. Obwohl die Küche schon zu hatte, bekamen wir einen Salat und eine Suppe. Unser Hund durfte ebenfalls ins Restaurant. Hier merkt man die Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
