Overall, the property is nice. There is one front desk employee who is rude and needs better training. When I asked about laundry service, she told me to google it. It was Gustrow, people do their own laundry here. Everyone in the restaurant was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Bad value for money. The receptionist wasnt very friendly or helpful when we checked-in. Further more the rooms had a very strange undefined smell that didnot disappear with open windows. God location, Big rooms and ok breakfast

Very nice hotel, very clean. Worm atmosphere and good position. They have a closed room for bikes and very good breakfast. I would not really suggest the restaurant for dinner which is anyhow separated

Nice place to stay with good value. Close to the highway and nice historic town center well worth an evening walk. Clean aduquate rooms and a nice breakfast bufee with possible to sit outside on the terrace.

While the Schloss is still undergoing restoration, Ernst Barlach is likely to be the main tourist attraction in town, and the exhibition at the Gertruden Kapelle is quite stunning. Guestrow is a quiet place -almost deserted after 21:00 but lovely in the day. Hotel am Schlosspark is in a very convenient location, beautifully situated just opposite the park. Rooms are spacious, unpretentious, and comfortable. If you are vegetarian, the best option for eating is 'Wunder Bar', about 10 minutes walk away.

Everything was perfect.Personal was kind and friendly. Breakfeast was taste. Parking was free and town is very beautiful. I enjoyed my trip and would recommend staying at this hotel if you happen to be there.

I have used the hotel several times for a short stay and can recommend it. The cheaper rooms are a bit small, but sufficient. The "double room standard" corresponds to international standards. Free wifi and parking are available.

As always a nice pleace to choose. Dogs are very welcome and have a special diningroom. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, exellent breakfast, good food i the restaurant. We are coming back to Your hotel on our next trip to Germany
