Plus points are cleanliness and staff and room size but the minus points will ensure I would never stay or recommend a stay here. At no point during the pre booking was there any information regarding the use of the gym or the spa...the latter was not open during the week and the former had a cost of 7 euros per session..reason being that it was not part of their management and yet they sell their hotel on this premise that it is all included. They didnt even have reduced rates for hotel guests but more importantly there is no information on their site of the costs nor of the non availibility of the spa. These areas all looked run down and were separate from the main hotel and were very shoddy and unkempt. Despite it being peak there was no atmosphere and felt more like a funeral parlour than a tourist resort. Breakfast wasnt the best just acceptable but when you have other well deserved 4 star establishments in the region this hotel was a rather poor relation. When I complained at the non communication of these facilities it was the young ladies at reception that attempted to answer my concerns...the manager simply could not be bothered..which just shows me how unconcerne d they are in general. My advice try elsewhere.

un endroit calme , chambre très propre. Le personnel est accueillant et à votre écoute. Quant à la nourriture, nous avons très bien mangé: 6 entrées, des pâtes , de la viande sans oublier le dessert et un digestif. C est un endroit à recommander.

Ci siamo recati con I nostri amici .... davvero tutto molto bello.... fantastico posto lo consiglio vivamente. Il personale molto accogliente e preparato... per quanto riguarda la cucina i piatti sono abbondanti e buonissimi. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff...ci vedremo presto . Ah dimenticavo la piscina è il TOP 🤗🤗🤭🤭

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto il personale gentilissimo e la pizza molto buona, dopo cena ci siamo divertiti al bowling aperto fino a tardi e la mattina e il pomeriggio ci siamo rilassati nella piscina con la bellissima vista

Personale super accogliente... tutti i membri dello staff sono sempre sorridenti e trasmettono tanta serenità... da quando si arriva alla reception... alla colazione abbondante col personale che ti fa sentire come a casa... la pizzeria ristorante e molto accogliente e le pietanze ottime 🥰 consiglio a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza in relax di pernottare qui ❤️ l'unica nota negativa è quando devi andar via 🥺 a presto 😎

Mi sono recato per fare una cena con la mia famiglia in questa bellissima location immersa nel verde, ma per l'ennesima volta il servizio e il personale non sono stati all'altezza delle aspettative. L'accoglienza appena arrivati nel locale è stata piuttosto indifferente, appena arrivati a tavola (senza tovaglia) ci accorgiamo che il menù era fatto di un semplice foglio stampato di pessima qualità. Nel momento dell'ordinazione, ordiniamo una zuppa di cozze ma clamorosamente non erano disponibili, tra l'antipasto e la pizza abbiamo richiesto di persona di cambiare le posate tra una portata e l'altra. La pizza era buona, unica nota positiva. Al momento di pagare il conto ci hanno dato uno scontrino con solo il totale invece che uno dettagliato. Abbiamo dato diverse chance a questo locale ma per l'ennesima volta è stata una delusione. Da dimenticare.

La piscina bellina ma i servizi pessimi. La bagnina era disponibile solo per il pagamento, gli abbiamo chiesto delle sdraie e ci ha detto di cercarcele. Mancanza di ombrelloni, quindi siamo dovuti restare tutto il tempo sotto il sole. La piscina non era molto pulita . Mi aspettavo molto di più da com’è pubblicizzata

È la seconda volta per noi,ci sono stati dei cambiamenti a partire dal luogo in cui fare colazione che a mio parere personale è migliore...in quanto più vicino alle camere e più riservato...lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile,preparato e pronto a rispondere e risolvere qualsiasi cosa...Davide,al ristorante e tutti gli altri,molto preparati e professionali...mia figlia di 8 anni è sempre triste quando dobbiamo salutarci e andare via, abbiamo portato anche il gatto ed è stato trattato benissimo...pulizia delle camere e gentilezza fanno di questo resort un'eccellenza...vorremmo ritornare nella stagione in cui la piscina panoramica sarà aperta... speriamo di riuscirci! A presto 😘
