凌晨入住的，手機訂單操作失誤，009號前台工作人員，熱情幫我修改訂單，服務意識強點贊。後面辦好入住問她房間有沒有充電器線，她説房間沒有，可以借我一條，解決了我手機電量不足，再次點贊👍🏻，最後因為服務原因，給入住五星好評！

貴酒店的服務態度讓人大失所望。從入住開始，我就感覺到前台的態度冷漠，這種態度讓我感到非常不滿意，希望酒店管理人員能夠認真對待此事，採取有效措施加以改進，以提高服務質量和客人滿意度。

小南海在固始縣算是性價比特別好的店，固始的賓館價格虛高且無任何服務，這是大家都知道的，小南海作為政府招待所前台二店，設施你都不用看，肯定好，但服務別要求太高，固始人就這熊樣，沒多大本事，能吹，還莫名其妙的拽。
