這家酒店的服務和設施都非常棒，因為我沒看清房型下了一個1.5米的房型 ，兩個人住，服務員還幫我們免費升級到了1.8的房型，第一次到這邊，前台小姐姐還給我們推薦附近吃飯的地方，交通便利，離秀水公園也近，房間乾淨又寬敞，早餐也很棒，總之性價比很高，非常滿意的一次出行，下次住這裏，值得推薦，值得好評。

酒店大堂温馨舒適，休息區佈局大方，書櫃裏的書也是多方面的，有小童圖書，還有生活知識類的，還有言情武俠類，出去辦事，遊玩回來，都可以放鬆一下!前台客服還有温馨茶水提供，太好了!還給免費升級了房間，房間乾淨衞生，又大又寬敞，早餐也很豐富，設施齊全，服務熱情專業，還幫忙提供叫車的服務，很滿意，值得推薦，下次還住在這裏。

非常滿意！酒店位置也不錯，停車方便，周邊配套齊全，離燒烤一條街特別近，晚上很熱鬧，酒店服務特別熱情，還給小朋友拿了零食，還給我們推薦了當地美食固始鵝塊。早餐豐盛，房間乾淨整潔舒適，配了蚊香液，避免了蚊蟲叮咬，總之非常滿意的一次出遊！

設施：房間的價格在市區不算貴，漢庭這種華住旗下的連鎖酒店住宿環境相比較同價的快捷酒店好多了！
服務：各方面都有統一的培訓，特別是前台小姐姐和客房大姐的服務很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，值得獎勵總之很滿意的一次入住體驗。
衞生：對固始縣漢庭的房間衞生相當信任，被褥衞生乾淨整潔，房間寬敞明亮！

服務好，前台小姐姐都很温柔，有禮貌，專業，客房乾淨整潔，環境好，設施齊全，早餐品種多樣化，味道好吃，周邊便利，交通便利，最主要的是我項鍊忘酒店了，前台小姐姐主動打電話聯繫我，要不是小姐姐提醒我真的沒發現，拾金不昧，住的放心，以後再來固始就選擇這家酒店
