Service of the staff is poor. The only thing is it is nearby North nada Guruvayur Temple. So it is easy to reach temple.

Location is Good, Nearby the North Nada and walking distance but property was old. Not worth for money. They should improve the Interiors.

Contrary to my guess , the property is quite close to the temple and takes only a minute to go to the Q Complex. There is a very good Cafe , a little away.... for snacks and Coffee . Local convenience is also available just outside the property. Very convenient place to stay.

This property to close to the EAST NADA and it is very convenient if one is planning for NIRMALYA Darshanam as we can enter the temple from the lane opp t the Hotel.

In terms of hygiene the property is terrible. While entering into the room , all floor mats are washed and placed over the sitting furniture provided inside the bedroom. Also washroom is not properly cleaned and plumbing fittings are not properly working. Mosquitos will ruin your sleep in night

Rooms spaces are ok but need to give importance to restroom lot of small insects is there that's the major issue and the fan speed also not good and the major point is i tell them to wake me up at 8am but they didn't do that wake-up call not follow up

Very terrible customer experience so far. Office receptionist threatened for an additional late charge in case of late check-out. Very rude and arrogant behaviour of receptionist and not at all acceptable.
