The Habitat Suites

Location: Habitat Suites is conveniently located very close to Guruvayoor Railway Station and just about a 15-minute drive to the temple, making it a great choice for those visiting the temple or arriving by train. Room: The rooms are exceptionally spacious, offering a separate sitting area and bedroom, which is great for families or longer stays. There’s also a small sink and kitchen counter – ideal for preparing light, ready-to-eat meals (though not suited for full cooking). The room had two air conditioners, which kept the space comfortably cool, and the bed was clean and cozy. Overall, the room was well-maintained and pleasant. Food & Service: We checked in late at night after the restaurant had closed, but the staff was very accommodating and suggested using food delivery apps, even offering to help us receive the order in our room — a thoughtful gesture. The breakfast served the next morning was tasty and a good start to the day. Parking: One downside is the parking situation. The underground parking is tight and congested, and there’s limited outdoor parking space, so it might take a bit of coordination if you’re driving in with your own vehicle.

We stayed at The Habitat Suites yesterday and honestly, it was such a lovely experience. The place looks amazing—super clean, modern, and peaceful. The entrance and vibe gave us that instant “wow” feeling, and everything just got better from there. Our room was really spacious and comfy, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything. It's the kind of place where you feel genuinely welcomed. The whole atmosphere is calm and well-maintained, and it’s clear they’ve put a lot of thought into every detail. My kid had a blast too—definitely a family-friendly spot! Would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent place to stay near temple.Staff was friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was average and not bad. Underground parking will be tricky for big SUVs and cars. Will need another person to guide in parking (narrow and steep). Other than this aspect it is a very good place. I would recommend this hotel to someone who is looking for a good clean hotel that is in a walkable distance to temple

We saw the reviews and chose the hotel in Guruvayur. Our experience was very poor due to the following reasons. First, as we walked in at 10:00 PM, the person at the reception was busy texting on his phone and ignored our greeting. When we entered the assigned room, it was not cleaned ( specially the bathrooms which had hair on the toilet seat), there was dirty laundry on the sofa and bathrooms were in poor, unhygienic condition with poor lighting. The staff was indifferent. When I complained to the manager, he said they were busy with a wedding. That still is no reason to treat guests as they did. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Meena Telikicherla

Had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and kind. The room was kept neat as well. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good and everyone is friendly. Caring staff made the stay comfortable. It is very close to the temple as well.
