My son and I stayed for our visit to the Guruvayur temple, being Sterling members. It is very neat and clean, the breakfast buffet was fresh and filling. Sujith at the front desk is very helpful so is the entire staff. He gave us very useful guidance for our stay though unfortunately I met him almost at the time of our departure. Make it a point to meet him so you can plan your trip in the best possible way.

I have staying in this hotel for last 5 years in a row now, and I am highly disappointed with the hotel service and cleanliness. Linen are stained, tea cups are stained, room service is very bad , wifi doesn’t work and non of the request is followed as it should be. They are charging equivalent to Hyatt but the value for money is 0. I am not planning to come here again.

We stayed here as 2 large families, 4 rooms. Right from booking, helping with cab for pick up at Thrissur , the staff were super helpful. They were very keen always to check if we needed assistance, asked about our meals. When we asked for recommendations. For sightseeing or restaurant, they offered us awesome recommendations. The rooms were well maintained, all services were up to date. Will highly recommend this property for families visiting Guruvayoor.
