We had a lovely family stay in the resort! We were upgraded to a villa category and had the most amazing welcome decorations done by the guest relations team member Komal. She helped us with all our requests and made sure our stay was comfortable. Property is surrounded by lush green garden and trees, there is a mini zoo, a big playroom and lots of activities for kids. We enjoyed the evening high tea. The staff at buffet dinner and breakfast was extremely helpful and kept bringing us food from the live station which was really sweet. All in all a good staycation and we will recommend to all our friends!

It was a bad experience , it’s worse than a 3 star. To mention a few things - 1. Room is shabby, unkept, dusty and dirty 2. No maintenance 3. Shower not working properly 4. Washroom another disaster with the filth and dirt all over 5. The curtains are stained and are ripping off 6. Lizard in the room 7. Expensive for no reason 8. Food is also not upto the standards. 9. Desperately needs refurbishment 10. Changing rooms for the pool was in a mess and no one to clean it

We really had an amazing time at Weston Sohna. The food was delicious. Also, I forgot my Apple Watch while checking out in the room. But the staff specially Mr.Trilok Rawal ensured that the same is safely handed over to me. Overall a fun filled stay.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. We had requested for a specific room as we were travelling with kids and guest relations manager Komal took care of it. We got all the assistance we needed even before we checked in. Checkin was smooth and the stay was excellent. The petting zoo is a great attraction for small kids. Kids Play area is also decently large. Food was good and the restaurant staff was kind enough to accommodate our special requests. Will visit again.

My recent stay at The Westin Resort Sohna was truly exceptional! The staff's courtesy and attentiveness exceeded expectations. Special mention to Naresh, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. His prompt responses, even at midnight, ensured all our needs were met. The highlight was the surprise birthday celebration, complete with a delicious cake, thanks to Naresh's thoughtful gesture! The food quality was exceptional, with an impressive spread of options catering to diverse tastes. Every meal was a culinary delight. Beyond the impeccable service and cuisine, the resort's serene ambiance stole the show. The beautifully manicured lawns, stunning architecture, and picturesque surroundings created a tranquil oasis. We indulged in the rejuvenating spa services, which were truly amazing. The resort's amenities exceeded expectations making our stay unforgettable.

The rooms are very spacious surrounded by lush green lawns. For the kids the play activities and the zoo area is sufficient to keep them busy making it merry time for the parents. Regarding the food, it’s well prepared with beautiful presentation. Lastly the staff, it’s courteous and listens to you patiently… It’s was a beautiful stay and I will surely recommend to all… Thankyou God bless all…

Awesome landscape and facilities - far away from the maddening streets of Gurgaon! A very relaxing place with great landscape and amenities. Breakfast is good and staffs are attentive. The resort, however, needs better signages and route finders, particularly in the evening and also some call bells for their Buggy service. The rooms are also well appointed.
