1. Location : very accessible from manesar. 2. Rooms : cozy rooms with regular amenities. Guest service attention by the housekeeping staff. 3. Service : loved the service of not one but entire staff in all aspects. Special mention to the trip who sang at the hitea and entertained. Also the staff at the dining area were very courteous and proactive in helping out for our food requirements even with kids. 4. The property has been made very thoughtfully unlike most in this category. The various activities are a must do to enjoy the entire experience. Chilling areas, plantations in garden, games area, cricket and paintball area are fun things to see and do even while enjoying this amazing property. Highly recommended for couples, families with kids.

The hotel is really good. The rooms are great and the staff is also very polite. The breakfast buffet has a very nice range of food available, and everything was really nicely done. Great property, lots of things to do. Highly recommended for families

What a wonderful place steps away from Delhi central … well about 45 minutes which takes you into a Rajasthani oasis. Superb hospitality from start to finish including managing my allergens which such care and attention. Must visit Mama Miso restaurant. Unbelievable Asian cuisine. Very talented chefs as well as the Indian buffet restaurant. We also visited the spa which again was of high quality with skilled masseurs. I would like to thank Loren the spa manager and her team Kim, Sita, Lolo and Achui. We had quite a few sessions at the spa and came away so relaxed and ready for the big world! In the Front office special thanks to Phagun - very professional, hospitable and knowledgeable and thank you for providing us with great accommodation fit for a maharaja and maharani and also Abhishek and Kushbu. In the restaurants where we were looked after with great diligence due to my allergies I would like to thank Chef Tikaram - a genius chef and Sanjeev the Asst Restaurant Manager who provided world class service throughout our stay and during each breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner! Thanks also to his team Rajneesh, Sonu, Sachin, Jitendra, Kamalpreet and others. The Rajasthani folk singers were great each evening and encouraged requests as well as other artists who performed each evening. Overall a delightful place to unwind and hoping to be back soon.

The service levels at the resort are excellent. A very relaxed 2 days spent thanks to the awesome care provided by Anil and Sachin at the restaurants and the housekeeping boys Kartik , Dharmendra and others. And of course Srijoy, the Bar Manager and the boys at the Bar served us awesome drinks.

We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village and Resort! The property is beautifully maintained, and the serene environment was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that our experience was exceptional. They were also very accommodating of our two Shih Tzus, providing pet-friendly amenities and making us feel right at home. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend Heritage Village and Resort for a memorable and enjoyable retreat!

Heritage Village Resorts & Spa in Manesar is celebrated for its majestic and culturally rich ambiance, with guests often lauding the live music and tranquil luxury of the environment. While travelers are pleased with the attentive and professional service, opinions on value are mixed due to inconsistent pricing. Mr kartik from house keeping department is very cooperative.

The property was a pleasant surprise. So near to bustling capital and yet so calm and serene. Full marks to the management and leadership for maintaining the serenity, greens, guest privacy and not to miss offering delicious culinary options. Must be mention about the well trained staff. During my visit Shreyoshi and the others in team turned out to be very polite and supportive.

Very nice experience staffs gesture and there welcome feeling like you are entering in a palace, their behaviour are very polite and helpful, services are superior, had a great experience there, must visit place. I will recommend this to every one.
