My remote for my tv was under the bed and I couldn’t find it. When I did it didn’t work. Called the front desk said they would be up in 5 minutes … 1/2 hr later when nobody showed up I went to get a different one. Remote still didn’t work… went to get a different one front desk guy came with me and had to flip a couple switches. He left and the tv was now on but the power and volume had to be done manually on thr tv. Hot tub is closed and has been for 10 yrs. Pool looks pretty dingy. High chlorine smell. Tons of kids running the halls and screaming at 10:30pm. Room was clean but hotel seems old and needs to be updated.

BED BUGS!!!
Room #1, second floor. The Television wouldn't work, called front desk, they came in and fixed it.Then the remote didn't work.
Front desk then moved us to the 1st floor to a new room.
Once the lights went out and the heat on. THE BED BUGS/ MITES came out.
I woke up at 4am scratching and watching welps form on my legs.
We immediately packed all our belongings & left at 4am.
They did refund my money.
HORRIBLE HOTEL AND OUTDATED!! DO NOT SLEEP HERE.

Bedding smelled like a pound of bleach, they didn’t tell us the pool was close until the day of checkin book three weeks in advance. The cleaning staff stole my Apple Watch charger.

Overall 3/5. Older hotel in need of upgrade. Nate at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. After a long day of travel the room was clean and the shower refreshing. Appreciate you all.

The noise insulation in the property is terrible. We had a room that adjoined to another, and it was if the people next door were in our room. What made it even worse - on the 2nd night, the people next door played loud music and partied until 2:30 AM (after we complained, management did get them to turn off their music at 12:45 AM). The next night, the occupant left their TV on all night. I had to wear ear plugs to get to sleep. Furthermore, we had a herd of buffalo staying above us, continually stomping around from one end of the room to the other. Having said all of this, I guess it really boils down to the fact that these other guests were very inconsiderate.

Really need to update pull out beds. The pull out was broken and the floors very dirty. Was told all pull outs were missing springs. Since I got it on your app I received a 20 percent discount and they couldn’t charge room but would give me a pull out. The pandemic is over clean those rooms and update the bedding this is a poor suite no star just nasty.

Satisfied with stay and friendly staff at Baymont
Pleasant stay and very satisfied. close to Gurnee mall and plenty of places close by to eat. rooms were very clean, breakfast was ok. Only issue gym room is small and machine were rusted/noisy. Will stay again when travelling.
