our stay was great and staff was very welcoming and helpful. room was big and tv has youtube and Netflix options that was big plus for us. breakfast was very tasty with many good options. Fireplace is very cool. we had so much fun in the pool. will stay here again for sure.

very good location for everything, Gurnee mills mall and restaurants are walking distance from hotel. nice and clean rooms with good view from rooms. breakfast was very good, our kids love the pool.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Great location for our family, close to lots of activities. We locked ourselves out twice, and they gave us new keys quickly. There looks like some remodeling going on inside the lobby, but breakfast room is still open.

Kids running around all night, floor above us, we were in 219, I left something in the room, left the key in the room, tried to get back in, knocked on door, there was no one at the desk, don’t think there was anyone there, so was not very happy. Thank you Karen ritter

very nice hotel with pool and free breakfast was plus. room was very clean and comfy beds. they have best pancake ever and its very exciting to see them made and they are delicious. we had so much fun in the pool. mall is walking distance that is big plus. we will highly recommend to anyone and will stay here again for sure.

Woke up this morning with bug bites all over my legs—either fleas or bed bugs. Absolutely grossed out. To make matters worse, there’s a water leak in my colleague’s room. This place is rundown and I have no idea how it has good reviews. I wish I could show the rest of my bites, but they’re in places I can’t display. Completely disgusted. Update: 2 colleagues also woke up with bites all over their arms and legs!!!

Great place very clean bed and pillows super comfortable and good Hot breakfast with sausage pancakes scrambled eggs etc... Location location is great within walking distance to a mall and restaurants. Customer service excellent and also coffee 24/7 and a nice heated pool .

Friendly staff. The room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was good. It is nice to have hot entrees. We stay here once a year for our annual shopping trip to Gurnee Mills. It is close to great restaurants and a movie theater. We recommend staying here to our friends.
