The wholesome and best supporting staff I ever found during my stay. Whether the housekeeping assistance, or front desk or even the dining staff, everyone was so friendly and supportive. Their compassion towards their job and willing to serve their customers in the best way possible is something I felt surreal. The room was not upto mark, It was actually below standard , I felt as though I was staying in a road side hotel near the station. The bed had to be redone , as the bed was dirty, The room had to be swept as there was dirt all over the room The towels were smelly, In the restaurant I requested for Ginger tea .. I got Tea with onion pieces in it and when I asked to change it , I got it cold, I presume they just removed the onion pieces gave it back
